Freezing cold inside and its not even that hot out so my food was beyond cold and I didnt even pick it up late after I ordered. All workers wearing jackets makes no sense. Barely any chicken in chicken quesadilla id be better off with the double stack cheese chicken item on the value menu I've Had more chicken in that now I know. Workers were cool at least

Food is good but they will never give you the correct mt dew if you order on Uber eats. Not one time have they ever given me the correct one, I used to order regular mt dew so they always gave me Baja blast, now I switched to diet/zero Mt dew so now sometimes they give me Baja blast and sometimes it's regular mt dew. Not one time has it been the Mt dew I actually ordered tho lol.
No wait, I just remembered, they did get it right one time, I think like a year ago. An exciting moment for me.

I love Taco Bell, but today marks one of the top 3 worst times I've ever experienced when visiting a Taco Bell. My chicken quesadilla was not fresh. The cheese was congealed, the tortilla had a strong burnt smell, and it just felt stale like it had been sitting out and the press hasn't been cleaned properly. My burrito also was cold, and the ingredients did not taste good. Honestly everything tasted dried out and stale. On top of that, it wasn't very busy, and despite serving us old food that had clearly been sitting out, we still had to wait 7 minutes for our food. And mind you, there's no drive-thru and there was only one other customer waiting on their food that I could see that had been waiting since we walked in, no line when we ordered, honestly very quiet in the store. I say this as constructive feedback that it would be great if management would address this as it's clear they are not properly cooking/storing/serving food somewhere down the line, and maybe they were short staffed and that's why it took so long, but it just seemed a little off with how long it took to get our food. Also even though we took it to go, we live very close by, and I have gotten food to go much farther with my food still hot and not stale like this.

These people are shady. The past 2 times I have gone here it's lousy customer service. The first time the kid takes my order and 20 minutes later they're calling it like I'm the one that took too long. Just this night. August 21, 2025 I placed an order on the machines. When my name got called. I asked for my midnight Icee or whatever and literally after handing me the bag, asked me for my receipt. It clearly says midnight fz, which I would assume means freeze. On top of that they skimped me a taco.

Taco Bell still got good fast food at budget prices. Luv it!
The amount of food they give you is really small- does not look like the advertised pictures. The burritos barely had any meat in them- even when I ordered more meat- they still skimped on the amount in my orders. The burritos were all tortilla and did not taste good at all. I ordered twice here and it was the same. The cinnamon twists were alright. Overall, nothing was really that good.
The place is dirty.

Very clean, Very quick, because of no drive thru. Even bathroom is really clean and doesn't smell bad. 2 kiosks to order if busy and no one is there to take order right away but only if in super hurry because they will be there to take your order as soon as they see you finish whatever task they are doing ASAP! Usually, they are online always ready (90%) before I get there, and I am 3 minute drive away.
The employees always hustle and always get my order right! Try the cantina chicken. It is so good!
