The amount of food they give you is really small- does not look like the advertised pictures. The burritos barely had any meat in them- even when I ordered more meat- they still skimped on the amount in my orders. The burritos were all tortilla and did not taste good at all. I ordered twice here and it was the same. The cinnamon twists were alright. Overall, nothing was really that good.
The place is dirty.

Very clean, Very quick, because of no drive thru. Even bathroom is really clean and doesn't smell bad. 2 kiosks to order if busy and no one is there to take order right away but only if in super hurry because they will be there to take your order as soon as they see you finish whatever task they are doing ASAP! Usually, they are online always ready (90%) before I get there, and I am 3 minute drive away.
CLEAN!FAST!EXCELLENT SERVICE.Food quality was the best I've ever seen at a Taco Bell.Tons of parking.Didn't check the bathrooms, but I bet they're great.I noticed this all female crew obviously took pride in their work and their workplace.I won't be visiting any other fast food locations while I'm in SE San Jose for lunch breaks 2-3 times a week.I will mention theres no drive thru, but I think that's what makes this spot so great.Gordita BoxBaja Blast ZeroFire sauce in my nacho cheese cup
Vegetarian options: my grandpa bob order my twin brother and me special game day craving boxes they were great even without lettuce because I just don't like shredded lettuce and I go just plain crazy when there is a new item on taco bell's menu
Very disappointed that they stopped the free soda for seniors! Drinks only costs pennies per cup for restaurants. Now they've taken away that perk for the elderly.

Repeat customer, friendly service, clean establishment. Unfortunately all I can ever afford are the $1.09 spicy potato tacos and today ( jan 24 ) after i ordered 6, found they raised their price to $1.59 each.... so this will be my first & last meal there for 2024...
