If I could give zero reviews i would. I got the veggie box they have and both of my items (burrito and crunchwrap) had beef. I ended up taking some bites and just spent an about an hour or so vomitting. I got the veggie box so I wouldn't have to modify other items for remove the meat to avoid chance of error. And yet this big mess up still happened. This is not the first time this specific store messes up my veggie orders. I won't be coming here again and i suggest if you are vegetarian to avoid this place.

I came to this franchise location to redeem the Sharks 4-free tacos when the Sharks score 4 goals. The person at the register said that they do not honor this offer, which is advertised greatly during Sharks games.

BEWARE - This location charges as much as $1.00 more for items over other Taco Bell's in the area - almost airport pricing. $5 Boxes are $5.99, dollar items start at $1.29. No appearent reason this location charges more than tv advertised prices. The store on nearby Monterey Hwy is $5 and $1 for these items.

When I tried to place my order online it said "takeout not available at this location" and tried to make me order from a different location far away. It was inconvenient for me and what was even more disappointing was when I got there I saw people getting takeout. Be that as it may I try to ask the guy at the counter about something on the menu and he didn't speak English. So I really didn't get anything that I wanted and it was ok.
