Mr Sostenes S was a delightful Human being and had so much patience with me, and got everything spot-on. I couldn't tell if the inside of the Taco Bell forced people to use Kiosks instead of customer service (bad form), but at the drivethru, you get great service with this guy. Will come again.

11/25 Edit: Drivethru service still excellent, but Taco Bell discontinued Green Sauce? Think I'm done with Taco Bell until they fix that.

Please 🙏 don't ever go to taco bell ever in your life I went to go eat inside but I ask politely to use the rest room guess wat you have to oder your food then they let you use there restroom that's not professionally women not good service

The supervisor at night is unprofessional..I was asking something about the payment,and she is the only one at the counter at that time,and she didn't answer me...til another employee saw me and kindly ask if I needed anything...

Friendly customer service, conveniently located across Wal-Mart, also several Asian restaurants in the same shopping center, drive-through window, the food was excellent, freshly-made, tasty and delicious, the cashier went out of her way and helped me to order from the kiosk, easy access from Story Road, highly recommended

Never go to this location EVER it left me be in the bathroom for over 2 hours i destroyed that toilet and had to call the plumbers just because of you guys making that food give me explosive diarrhea NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!

Went over to the window and my #1 with 3 crunchies just came to me with all crunchy tacos. Maybe they mistakenly gave me a plastic bag before when I ordered lunch from them. Drive thru service was great. Or was it when I said I wanted mild they thought all crunchy, the guy at the first window did not give me a reciept because I drive a sports car.

I typically love this location but tonight was really upsetting. I worked all day for NYE and just wanted to grab some food on my way home. Not only was the drive thru employee rude, but she didn't even give me the sauce I asked for. When I got to the speaker box to order she literally said "what do you want". When I finished ordering she said "is that it?" And I specifically asked for mild sauce. She didn't acknowledge it and gave me my total. When I pulled out, I checked the bag. Zero sauce, the tortillas for my soft tacos were cold, and my bean burrito was supposed to have no onions but it had onions. I'm a service worker-- I get it. Working holidays is tough. What's messed up though is taking your frustration out on people who have nothing to do with it and then messing with the food they paid for all while being completely unaware that other people are dealing with things too. She was even laughing with a coworker about messing up the previous customers order while I waited for mine. I'll probably skip this location next time and opt for the other one close to my house. She might be a new employee bc I never seen her before and I frequent this spot, but her energy was so negative. I don't like giving money to places where I'm treated like a burden for wanting to purchase product from a business.
