So, the kind woman behind the ordering computer, seemed understanding, but the manager had 0 interest in helping find a solution to something that is obviously Taco Bell’s fault.

The ordering computer clearly and completely offers a value combo, but a “software issue” keeps it from completing in the self order system. When a manager was available and I asked for a solution, he replied with some level of I am sorry, we can’t. That was it, no other suggestions for how to make a similar combo and price adjust; or any other guest centered solution.

Sebastian&Lupe? is amazing!Thank you so much for your patience and help in resolving problem when I had difficulty ordering food. Even though it's only a $10 dollar combo. I love to eat crispy Tacall. Tomorrow is my early shift and I don't have time to come and buy Tacall. I can't wait for the store to open tomorrow morning. But they did it. Ordered drinks to go with our meals and 20 min later the server had't even loked at the order until we had to go ask for our drinks because she started serving other people that had arrived way after us, it wasnt busy at all tjis obviously ruined our meals...

I am glad they finally opened one of these in the mall and the kiosks are the best way to pay. I go late after Target closes, when there are no lines. Several of my favorite items are the veggie power menu bowl, chicken enchilada burrito, loaded beef nachos, black beans & rice, and Gatorade fruit punch without ice.

I went to this Taco Bell a couple of weeks ago I ordered the nacho bellgrande the avocado was a fake fraud invitation they put the sauce fake avocado on there for the money that I paid for them and the tacos and they tried to to manipulate my mind and thinking that that is real avocado this isn't the first time that this should happen I'm going to report this to your corporate office to say maybe if you guys can learn to fix the problem ????

PROS:* There are kiosks inside and one outside, so you can order food without waiting in line.* Staff is super friendly!* Comfortable seating outside in their patio area.* Heated outside patio when it's cold.* They serve beer and hard liquor!CONS:* None!NOTES:At the time I write this review, this place only has three stars. I'm not sure why, as the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food and portions are the same as the other Taco Bell locations. I'm not sure why people had negative experiences here.

Vegetarian options: Select the vegetarian option on the kiosk and you're good to go!You can also customize items to be vegetarian. I often substitute the beef for beans.

Parking: If the mall is busy then parking may be difficult, otherwise it's not an issue.

Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or ramps required.

Awful people working here, the manager is the worst of them all. Gave my order to someone else and then tried to act like I was scamming them when I wanted the food that I paid for. I wish that manager all the bad luck and bad karma in the world.

Fire the manager, im sure theres a circus somewhere that would love to hire him since he loves to laugh at customers so much! Let him live his truth!!we ordered on the app and my sister went to go pick it up for me. Manager gave the food to someone else and wouldn’t own up to the fact he messed up. Tried to gaslight her and said we already picked up our food, that her brother picked it up. If I already picked up the food, why am I sitting at home, Taco Bell-less, on hold with corporate to get a refund and complain about this jokester? If I already picked up the food, why would my sister be there to pick up my app order and have receipts to prove she’s there for that order?He laughed in her face when she said we did not get the food yet and then he treated her like she was trying to scam him out of free taco bell when she had the receipt and app order proving it was our order.She was on the phone with me to figure out what happened, not even saying anything to him, yet he still went out of his way to approach her multiple times and tell her “we’re not going to do anything, you can leave now.”It’s Taco Bell, not the freaking crown jewels. Be serious.Won’t be ordering from this location again, not unless I feel like pulling up with a six page essay to prove to this guy my order is mine and convince him to actually give me the food I paid for.Also, it’s not lost on me that a majority of the complaints on here about the manager being rude are from Indian/Desi/Brown folk (like me)…not saying it out loud but also not hard to read between the lines here…COUGHracist?COUGHBright side: Getting a refund from corporate soon, customer rep Diana was very nice and helpful with the situation!

I got me the steak grilled cheese nacho fries. I am very disappointed it’s not worth the price. S4.49. I didn’t have much steak. Not a lot of fries at all. I would get my money back if I could. I’m very upset
