I have order door dash delivery from this store at least 3 times now and every single time i ask for sauce in my order, who wouldn't ask for sauce when they go to taco bell right ? And every time I get my order I have No sauce not none like 0 empty who wants taco bell with no sauce if your going to get food from this location do not order door dash they will not put sauce out door dasher even asked her if there was in the bag and they said they was which was false very disappointing

Let me start by saying the 2 stars are for the day shift, evening shift gets 5 stars hands down...sooo i usually order my food in the parking lot (at most places & this one as well), then I pick up in the drive thru never an issue because most places dont start preparing your food until you arrive. I pulled up & said I have a mobile order, shes says pull around, I get to the window & she asks me to pull back until my food is ready, ummm why can't sit at the window while my food is being prepared im thinking, I reluctantly said ok & pulled back, my order was ready in like a few minutes as shes waving me forward, I asked why I had to pull back & she said to make sure my order was fresh & out in time (which i didn't believe btw), my issue is why can't I wait there while my small order is being made? & Are you doing something with my order or food you dont want me to see? This isnt the 1st issue with the day shift, but definitely the most suspicious weird one...this location has my business because of the night shift, day shift including the manager really need to shadow them & brush up on customer service...I also witnessed 2 cars in the drive thru while at the light, that did have to pull back to get their food...so if something happens again (if I go back duringthe day), I will cancel my order & take my concerns further than this review.

Convenient, quick, late evening availability. After a long flight into San Jose, we arrived late and were hungry. We stopped at this Taco Bell on our way home. Service was quick and easy through the drive-thru. Easy, pleasant transaction, although the prices are higher than I remember: 5 items = $24.

I asked for the 9 dollar box I said instead of the twist I can't stand the twist I want to chips and cheese and what did I find twist I can't stand twist sorry they're disgusting that messed up my whole meal then the dorito shell is stale as hell worst $9 ever spent

Stopped in by myself for a quick bite. Finally got a Taco Bell that made my burrito correctly and quickly to boot. They didn't question me or stare at me when I put ice in my Stanley, how lovely. The place was very clean. The atmosphere is very pleasant. I would drive across town to eat here again in a pinch. Great job!!

We ordered a takeout order, they didn't give us our drinks and then they told us they forgot and we said no problem, but when we got home we found out that the order we ordered was missing a carne asada taco and a chicken taco, we paid for that, so I called and they just blocked me and pretended not to understand... if I could I would give them less stars, I will never come back...
