Taco Bell is a restaurant with friendly and great employees, although some staff members may have limited English skills. The bathrooms are clean, and the food is good. However, some customers have experienced poor customer service, including from the staff, and have been treated rudely. The staff's attitude can vary, and some employees may seem uninterested in their work. Parking is generally easy to find. While some visits may be pleasant, others may be disappointing due to the inconsistent service.

The restaurant has an amazing outdoor area geared towards children with sensory issues, and it also has two dog parks. There is plenty of room to host a party, and a nice little bike/RC dirt path with jumps.

The staff, especially the late-night drive-thru worker, are often sweet and nice, even when customers take a long time to order. The workers are quick to prepare the orders and have the drinks and food ready in just a few minutes.

However, the service quality can be quite poor at times. Customers have reported issues with understanding the staff, even after multiple attempts, and a lack of basic dine-in items, such as tray paper. The workers may not be aware of or willing to provide these necessary items for dine-in customers.
