Ordered pick up. Almost 25mins later go to pick it up ans then have to wait 12 more mins!!! Because my order wasn't made! And the store wasnt empty besides 2 other pick ups.

I really do not want to do this, but I have eaten here for the last time. I worked fast food before and understand the burden it can be. The food is not well prepared and you can tell that the staff just want people to get the food and go, not return or complain. I know there are Taco Bell locations where the food is good and the atmosphere is welcoming. This one is not one of them.

i was craving taco bell and drove all the way just to get some stale ass chalupas that were super hard which were probably under the heat lamp for who knows how long. and my taco which i should of ordered a soft taco because it split the moment i picked it up not satisfied at all and the meat was room temp the only good thing was my soda literally.
