Manager on duty (taking drive through orders) always has a problem with instructions. I always have simple request: I just want extra fire and diablo sauce yet he manages mess that up every time. Not sure if it’s policy but he has a problem with giving out extra hot sauce even when I ask afterwords. This is repetitive behavior and needs to be addressed.

I won't discuss the decor as it was fine, the food on the other hand was another store, extremely disappointed with the new BBQ wings, they sauce was way too spicy, my mouth was burning after eating 3 of the 6, I couldnt eat anymore.. also the burrito my husband ordered was way too cheesy, he couldnt eat it.. overall the rest of the food was decent but not happy we couldnt place our order online due to the location being a kfc and taco bell..

Went through drive thru ordering was smooth. Paying was smooth. We had to wait for order, we were parked with 3 other cars waiting. The runner brought food out after 10 minutes but did not bring drinks. Runner went back to get drinks another 5 min. Our order had both taco bell and KFC. We asked for sauce for Taco Bell, wasn't in the bag. We got famous bowls and did not receive sporks to eat them with. I wouldn't of been a big deal if we went straight home to eat to have access to utensils but having food to eat with out utensils NO BUENO! 😔

This place it’s really bad customer service I ordered number 1 but the cashier said oh number 6 is better so I get #6 and my wife ordered #6 and the cashier charges the 3 meal when only wanted 2 #6 definitely not coming back hope the manager sees this and trains there employees better
