Decent Taco Bell for drive thru, we drive a bit further from home to go to this location after issues with other Taco Bells.
The drive thru lane has always been clean and functional, and we have not had any issues with order accuracy over the years.

The stupid ai bot make taking orders so much longer then it needs to be. Tries to sell you on other stuff before you can get your total and move on. Prices are already crazy high and then they ask u to round up to give to some charity on top. Don't think its worth it anymore.

This location used to be really good—clean and efficient. The food is still decent, and the restaurant is generally kept tidy, which I appreciate.
However, the customer service has gone downhill. Some of the staff can be polite, but a few—especially Maria—come across as quite rude and unapproachable. It really affects the experience when you're just trying to grab a quick meal.
This isn’t the first time we’ve had a negative experience with her. When we pick up orders for more than one person, she seems irritated and has even said we can’t use the drive-thru and have to come inside instead. It’s unclear why, and it feels like we’re being treated unfairly.
I hope management takes note and works on improving the overall service. A friendly attitude goes a long way!
My nuggets were okay. Nothing to write home about. My box was ok too. Fiesta potatoes dry. Food didn’t feel too fresh. Felt cold for parts of it. And on top of that a lady brought her non service dog in here and the workers didn’t even tell her she couldn’t be in here

Manager profiled me today for no reason and tried to ask me to leave less than a minute after I walked in. I’m a regular customer and I eat here 3-4 times a week. They want to let all the crazy crackheads hang out asking customers for food and being all strung out on drugs but wanna profile me for walking in with a beer in my hand that wasn’t even open. I was not planning on opening it in there either. I came to use the bathroom and order something to go but after she decided to yell at me and tell me to get out like I was one of her children because she “ASSUMED” I was gonna drink my beer in there or whatever her trip was either way she could have addressed the issue differently instead of acting like I was already violating the rules. She also could have given me an apology for wrongfully accusing me of planning to do something illegal in their establishment. The food is good, service is good, but the manager is NO BUENO I will be following up with HR as well
