It's Saturday night, approx 8pm, i witnessed one young man and woman, hold down this entire establishment alone like soldiers would! I didn't see much meat in tacos, and found one missing when I got home, but i didn't mind not one bit. There were about 4-5 unhoused people inside trying to stay warm/dry add about 8 randomd, imcluded ma and my guest. We shared $5 with one of them that asked for help. The wait was long because it was ONLY TWO people working the drive-thru and inside patrons. And still managed AMAZING customer service with the stress of being under-staffed. That young man and young woman should be AWARDED for their loyalty and dependability and professionalism. On the way out, I had the audacity to ask the young lady for an extra bag, for the many items I purchased, then with frustration she asked me to repeat my question? She took a deep breath, put on a smile and gave me my bag. I'm sure she has NO IDEA how much she inspired me enough to go home and praise her and him. I hope their families appreciate ? what they go thru daily on their behalf?
I looked up a taco bell that had a drive-through, so I didn't have to get off my car. I googled it and headed over, 16 min. away! I got there, and there was No Drive-thru!Parking: It's a back to back parking and goes in and out through a busy street. When backing out, you have to be careful not to hit a car.Kid-friendliness: It's very roomy inside and had lots of tables so a family with children can come in and eat comfortable.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, no stairs and had wide enough doors to wheel in.

This is my favorite Taco bell, the food is delicious and customizable, zero Contact order and the service is amazing, they'll go above and beyond for you, the ambience Is fast paced, they wanna get you your order as quick as they possibly can

I'm not happy with self ordering.I'm also not happy ordering with someone who works and lives in AMERICA and can't understand English. Now, don't get me wrong, I am all for opportunities, bettering oneself, etc. But if you are going to work a counter job, be able to understate the English language and menu items at least. I've had my order wrong way too many times.Thankfully, today it was OK, but we only ordered one thing. I normally drive across town to get a taco because this one seems to just be different/difficult.

I stopped by this Taco Bell location to have dinner. I guess they don't have a drive through at this location, which was a new experience for me! Upon entering I was greeted warmly by a friendly and very knowledgeable gentlemen and cashier. He then helped me to select a great burrito! The entire team was wonderful the night I visited but the gentleman operating the cash register and taking orders that night was especially awesome! Sadly, I didn't catch his name, but I was there on October 12th, 2023, at approximately 9:25pm! Anyway the team made my experience at Taco Bell so pleasant that night that I was actually thankful that I couldn't find a drive through window on that day! Another great bonus is that this Taco Bell location is open until late at night!

I cannot believe I am saying this but: This location is a lot more better than the one near my flat. Why? They have all the latest items as mentioned in the app. Oh yes, you cannot go wrong there. Due to this location actually staying on top of the chain's trends, you will get more traffic here, not only because of the location but the price. I am not being gouged out of my money like the location near my flat because the prices here are better. I am still broke and this location seems to be better aware of that. Even better this Taco Bell is my life saver. Back in 2018 when I didn't eat enough at Santana Row, this place helped me fill that void. Not bad for a person who used to eat a lot, right? I love it here, it's good for both to go orders and dining in. Only drawback is that I have to drive a lot more.

I am charged for each packet of sauce everytime i go to this taco bell my coworkers tell me theyre never charged. Also everytime i go in the bigger employee asks what my name is but knows exactly what it is. I find this rude and the dirty looks make me not want to go back there again.Bur if i do i will say something because this isnt cool.
