Great new place here in Hollister! The menu is very large and they have soooo many good looking items we had to order a few different things for our first time. We got a Vampiro with Asada, Crispy Taco with Pollo, Huarache with Asada and a couple of very cold Modelos. Everything was great and the service was amazing. We will be back for the Molcajete and some of the other great looking items!

The truck is parked right outside of the pickleball park. Great mid way food! Birra pizza? Carne asada fries? Keto taco? Quesataco? Anaconda burrito? Crazy and edgy choices... And every one that I have tried has been amazing. Prices are on par with other food trucks... But the only difference is that the portions are huge. You get a lot for your money here.

Right up there with the best Tacos in San Jose. I really appreciate that the asada is not cooked before hand and sitting in the warmer all day. The meat is cut to the perfect size so it stays moist. I'm looking forward to trying some other options on the extensive menu.
Excellent burritos and tacos and all the salsa are excellent as well.

Tacos El Chore is the best taco food truck in SJ. His prices are reasonable and probably the best compared to other spots. He is generous with his meat portions and his salsas are the best! Definitely a place we stop at almost on a weekly basis.

After reading some of the past reviews, we decided that we must try for ourselves. I ordered the flour tortilla quesabirria... oHmyGoodnes, the best I've ever had. It was a large portion and very delicious ?. I highly recommend trying it. My husband ordered the quesabirria tacos with corn tortillas. He absolutely enjoyed them but was greatly wowed by the flour tortilla taco, lol ? Both delicious. The beef was very tender and had lots of flavor by itself. I brought all the salsas they offered because I love salsas. But I didn't even use any of them. I was enjoying the birria with its own savory juices. No sauce or salsa needed, not one drop!! ??? We will return to try more food. This will be our go to for birria.

Ordered here just now Waited an hour only for them to deliver only for them to cancel my order without notice. When I called them they said it was the owners suggestion to cancel my order because they lacked an ingredient. Won’t be ordering again. Very good food bad service. * update!!! None of the stuff you are saying is true.we didn’t order in the morning..and the person on the o phone my wife spoke to said the owner chose to cancel the order. Please don’t lie to keep your self from a bad review respect it and move on.
