Great new place here in Hollister! The menu is very large and they have soooo many good looking items we had to order a few different things for our first time. We got a Vampiro with Asada, Crispy Taco with Pollo, Huarache with Asada and a couple of very cold Modelos. Everything was great and the service was amazing. We will be back for the Molcajete and some of the other great looking items!

The truck is parked right outside of the pickleball park. Great mid way food! Birra pizza? Carne asada fries? Keto taco? Quesataco? Anaconda burrito? Crazy and edgy choices... And every one that I have tried has been amazing. Prices are on par with other food trucks... But the only difference is that the portions are huge. You get a lot for your money here.

Right up there with the best Tacos in San Jose. I really appreciate that the asada is not cooked before hand and sitting in the warmer all day. The meat is cut to the perfect size so it stays moist. I'm looking forward to trying some other options on the extensive menu.
