As delicious as the food is, The star of the show here is the service. It is top notch, the cashier, Ruby, sets a great tone for your experience here. She’s sweet, hardworking, and goes above and beyond for customers. For such a small taqueria they provide a big difference, 5 star service for sure. This place is so FIRE will definitely keep this place in my rotation. And you should to!

When they said the wait was 45 min they were not lying.
Good food, pretty standard but tasty mexican, big burritos! Clean kitchen. Quick service and popular. Cubano torta and chiliquiles burrito looked interesting. Pastor was a little bit sweet but still tasty. Home made tortillas ++

Always good food, but today's experience was lame. I ordered a burrito bowl with no rice and a bean and cheese burrito + rice. I was charged extra to add rice to the burrito. When I asked if I can take the rice from the bowl to the burrito, the lady laughed and said no. Lame how a small family run business is so rigid they can flex for a regular customer.

I finally had the opportunity to try this place after reading past reviews and I must say that it did not disappoint. I ordered tacos with al pastor and the chile relleno burrito. The al pastor was fresh and full of flavor and the handmade tortillas were light and fluffy. The burrito was equally as fresh and flavorful and remained super hot even an hour after getting it home. This is now my go to taqueria spot in South San Jose.

Been here three times and it's been pretty good except for today. Ordered my usual al pastor super burrito and Carne Sada fries. I'm so disappointed- as I was waiting for the Carnes asada fries. I started eating my Alpastor burrito, took two bites. I was going to put it away then I noticed it started dripping grease all over the place the whole burrito got super greasy, couldn't even eat it anymore. I talked to the cook, and the prep cook and asked them if they can make it less greasy and the cook said- no we cannot make it less greasy- that's how he comes. I understand that alpastor is usually a bit oily, but not this greasy! What a waste of money! Check out the picture!Dietary restrictions: Probably not the best food for dietary conscience people deafly, not the most organic, but I would be mindful and recommend to them to make food less greasy

Tacos were a bit overrated. Nothing comparable to the ones I had in LA or Austin/Houston. The meats didn't have any noticeable flavor.

Hands down the best tacos and burritos around, Carne Asada and Al Pastor are our favorites. Service is fast and pricing is reasonable. Outdoor seating would be really nice since indoor seating is limited.
