I have bought food from this truck a couple of times, and my experience was usually good. However, on my last visit, the quality of the carne asada was horrible. Maybe I came at a bad time and they were running out of ingredients, but it was the worst tasting carne asada that I have ever tasted. If I was just going off of the carne asada, I would probably give them two stars, but the service was decent.
First time trying Tacos El Pelon tonight and it was SO GOOD!Ordered the taco plates. Totally worth the $10 since it comes with some great grilled onions and homemade rice/beans. The asada and cabeza tacos were some of the best I’ve had in awhile.Definitely will be coming back soon! ??
Delicious taco truck. The burritos come with whole beans, which give it a nice distinct taste, and the rice is very flavorful. The meat was very well cooked and seasoned. Definitely looking forward to hitting this spot up again.
