The lady in the cashier counter is very rude, not professional at all in customer service industry. Cash only and not accepting any card, I am sending suspicious tax activity to California Tax Department.

The service sucks, if you're not speaking the same language, good luck getting taken care of in a timely manner. I guess when it's the same day in and day out, you're just fed up with customers 😒
The food is still great, been going here since they opened. The prices in the last few months have jumped drastically, and its $15 for a combo box, I remember when it was $8.
I still remember that you could also sit and eat inside before Covid.
The portions of the dim sum, are huge, and packed full with shrimp, pork or whatever you choose.
Overall, I'm still going back here, as the food is fantastic 😋

Coarse style dum dum but taste alright.
Unfriendly service but efficient.
Cheaper than a full service dim sum restaurant but not inexpensive.

I've been looking for good BBQ pork buns since I moved to SJ from SF and these definitely did it! The picture doesn't do their size justice at all. Will try their fried shrimp balls next time. They're the size of a fist.
The service was fast and there were lots of options. The prices were great too considering how expensive things are getting.

The service attitude was very bad, I ordered something to me, received it was not the same, call to confirm that she had a bad attitude ,did not admit her fault, but also told me to take things to the store .This experience was really bad , may not go again next time, hope she keeps doing this to guests!

Best thing in my opinion are the custard buns. Definitely a to-go place but I like that I can order one piece of things and the price is affordable

Don't throw food and receipts at people. Beyond rude. And the eggrolls were cold. Steamed shrimp dumpling was a bit mushy. Shrimp ball was good. Go to Dim Sum King for better food and friendly service.

Restaurantji Recommends
The food that they have and the whole store itself are unsanitary. I bought barbecue fried rice from this store, and there were a couple of strands of hair on the food!!! That is just so gross! It did not help that the cashier was very rude. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I would not recommend this store to anybody.

This is pretty much a take out only place. I think there was a small table there with couple of chairs (maybe before the pandemic?). Anyway, do not plan to eat there. The service is not the best, definitely not with a smile. The servers are probably paid below minimum wage or something, they seem to hate their job and treat the customers as a bother. They expect you to know exactly what you want and if you ask them something, it will be a bother to them. I do like their food, but I don't like to deal with the servers. I wish they have everything in a big vending machine...
I am updating this place. Don't bother. Why go somewhere to look at some poker/mad face? Instead, go to Dim Sum King in Sunnyvale. Those guys are very nice and welcoming, and good food with reasonable prices! They didn't pay me to say this!

The dim sum is excellent. Shrimp, shu mai, baozi. Very good. The meat on the other hand? Skip it. Duck was oily and gross, pork had a horrible aftertaste. Store also looks unclean

DO NOT EAT FOOD FROM HERE. The food is old and when I asked for a refund of $60 worth of har gao, they refused. It tasted so bad that my kids spat them out and so I had to try them to see for myself and they were right, it was powdery and the shrimp tasted rotten.
