Roast duck with steam rice and vegetables were not that good. The roast duck was not savory, just bland. It used to be better here.

Terrible Terrible customer service and food quality! Avoid coming here as their food quality is going downhill people.
My mom went to this store yesterday for 2lbs of roasted pork, and they were horribly stinky, unpleasant to eat as the taint still there (from older pigs)
despite the freshness they made, it came from the pig itself but these staff have no knowledge and arguing back and ford when we asked for refund and bring them back the pork. They refused the money return and insist of replacing with a half duck. My mom literally argued with them for 15 mins as they trying to exchanging a cheaper version (the half duck, not even the whole duck) then finally to come in term with replacing the pork. But it wasn't as fresh but at least it is not stinky. This has been happening 3 times from us. So goodbye to this place now.
Suggestions to owner: train your stuff to respect your customers, people dont drive all the way back to return something for no good reason. Also to train them to be able to differentiate between male pig (older pig) as it tend to be extremely stinky even after it was cooked.

I got ripped off today. Normally the roast duck is excellent however today was different. I picked out a duck hanging by the window. This time the butcher takes the duck behind the metal chopping block station and does a switch - a- roo. He pretends to chop a few times and swaps the duck I picked out with a pre chopped one in a box.
When I got home, that’s when I realized that my suspicions were correct. Most of the pieces were fatty without any meat. Most tasted really salty as well. Most of the family members that tried it also mentioned it was extremely fatty and salty.
Normally I don’t leave reviews like this since the ducks here are normally great but I felt scammed.

Do not come to this restaurant!! I ordered a whole pork grill on last Tuesday(01/28), they asked me if i want to chop and i said yes, after i picked up and open up under skin they changed all the meet. the pork was not have bone even no fat meat. they got the meat left over from other pork put them under the skin of it. it was just one kind of meat under the skin. i was so upset, i called to ask them why they did it, but the manager did not want to talk to me. then i came the shop to ask, but still they refused to talk to me. A employee offer me other food etc... i said no. I just want them to do it right. i gave my phone number to a employee there. i hope the owner will call me. !! please check your order before you leave this shop. this is like Scam !!

Walked in, ordered a half roasted duck. Thought this would be a cut and dry transaction (har har). I've never been angrily served a duck before. The man threw a precut duck into a bag, the women threw the bag into the shelf in front of me, waving her hand for money. The duck spilled out of the container and into the bag, the sauce spilled out of the container, soaking the bag.
The duck was old and dry. The sauce was just straight soy sauce, which is odd.
Won't ever return.

Dim sum is good especially because of the lower prices. I think the best times to grab something is in between breakfast and lunch. They get pretty busy. The bbq section is usually busy with long lines because typically there is only 1 person chopping up your meats.

Deli counter style place offering a variety of greasy, unhealthy dim sum appetizers that you should only eat once in a while. At around $5 for three pieces it’s more expensive than San Francisco Chinatown dim sum delis. Shrimp chive dumpling and pork shu mai pieces were large. Skip the shrimp har gow as it’s more dough than shrimp. Also, BBQ pork bun was dry and filling was small. Best are the huge shrimp balls at $6 for three. Grease was dripping down my mouth after eating the deep fried balls. Just remember to call your pharmacy for a refill on cholesterol medication the next day.

I was skeptical due to the reviews but a friend really spoke highly of this place due to the amount you get and how bug the dim sum is. I was very surprised and was very satisfied. I'm glad I tried this place. The service was good. The food was huge and it was delicious. I loved that I could get it to go instead of sitting in the restaurant with 4 kids.

came here several times before and this time would be my last. Food in Dim Sum section is not good. The sesame rolls were hard and oily. The cocktail buns were taskless.
