Talab in San Jose is an absolute gem when it comes to authentic Bengali and Indian cuisine. Every dish we tried was wonderful, from the flavorful chicken biryani to the crisp and fluffy koraishutir kochuri with spiced alur dom, and the creamy, refreshing mishti doi that ended the meal perfectly. The ambience is warm and inviting, striking just the right balance between cozy and elegant, and the service is super welcoming—making the whole dining experience feel truly special....

Fresh cooked veggies and the seasoning was very on point without being over the top, hard to describe but it was amazing. The paneer cheese was also above average, soft warm and SO fresh. Will return for...
