Get there early, I got there at 0930 and only the sweet tamales, and greenchili cheese ones were left. I got the chili/cheese ones, masa was good, fluffy, and filling was generous. Will go back earlier to get meat ones!

Ive been coming here for years! I remember this is the go to place for tamales but ever since she started getting more clientele i started to notice the prices have gone up and her humbleness started going down the drain she went from $2.50 to $4.00 for each tamal if your going to charge me 4 dollars for a tamal it better be the best tamal in the world not just a tamal with 90% masa and 10% meatThis is ridiculous she just lost a loyal customer!

The best tamales in SJ. They sold out so fast. You need to go there before 8:30am to still get variety. Their salsa is fire!
