If you order breakfast, and its handed to you, and your first thought is "wow, should have eaten the hotel food instead", this isnt a good sign. I had the "Classic American", which is a pile of tator tots, a pile of bacon and eggs. 'Pile' is an apt description, and is as appetizing as it sounds. Only ate the egg, and skipped the rest, and I love bacon. Noted in my travel report to work, that restaurant should be avoided if possible
Not sure why all the bad reviews. It’s an airport diner so not out of this world but the service is great, the food and the beer good. Only thing that would have made it better is a lower pricing ($12 for a modelo is crazy, even in the valley) and a drinks list as overheard a lot of people asking for one.
So today my server was Jessica. I had ordered a Pepsi plus a hamburger with no cheese but also no pickles because when I asked the cook if they had any pickles, they said no. I mean come on a cheeseburger with no pickles? They must not know me pretty well however it was still pretty good cause the burger was cooked medium which that is the way I usually like all of my burgers even when I cook them at home.
