First time in a long time since I've been here! My mom and I were like the 2nd customers that walked in, shortly after they got a bit packed! But the food was great and delicious! The chips and salsa is how you know the restaurant is PHENOMENAL!

This is my go to place for a Mexican food. I have been a customer since 2006. What I like is the taste of the dish - It's consistent after all these years . My favorites are wet burrito with half green and half red sauce, fish tacos, tostada de ceviche, fish soup, beef tongue in green salsa, Mexican steak, chille relleno. As for drinks, I usually order chavelas or margarita on the rocks.

Went there for dinner and it was surprisingly very impressive.
Food: i must say vegetarians will be very happy here. I tried fajitas and the veggies were far better than most of the other places.
Drink: one of the best margharitas.
Service: the staff was super friendly.
Atmosphere: it was nothing fancy but one of the typical clean Mexican places
I'd definitely come back to try other vegetarian dishes.
Vegetarian options: They said they could accommodate any dish to be vegetarian.

Ate here twice in my visit to SJ. I love it because the food was great and the prices aren’t as high as everything else in SJ. Casual, I assume family owned, and right at the end of Japan Town so you can stroll that strip before/after your meal. You absolutely can’t go wrong for lunch or a casual dinner.

The attention is very special
God greatly bless all workers
The best Mexican food in all of San Jose. Great quality, amazing prices, and most of all awesome people working there. And they have a cool little train that drives around the restaurant!

In a time where inflation has made even fast food unaffordable, La Corona seems to have missed the trend of raising prices.

I loveeee this spot! The food is so flavorful and big portions. The food was also decently priced and the staff was all so friendly…. Many other places in the bay area are over priced and horrible service, but this place was excellent!!! I will definately be coming here regularly. Family and i ordered quesadillas, albóndigas, ceviche, and some drinks and everything was delicious.
