good drinks and good service

Totally agree those one star reviews, I got my fries last time and now the lychee peaches drink with boba is also dissapointing.
their boba quality is super bad , its old and harden, they crumb up and hard to suck out from the straw. At first I thought their food quality is bad and now even the drinks and topping. This place is going downhill, seem like they dont want to discard their boba after certain time and it harden like im eating plastic/play dough. Yard! Wasted my money.

No sign anywhere stating they close the food service early.

my thai matcha milk tea lowkey looked like it came out of a swamp but it tasted good so i cant complain

Avocado smoothie tasted nothing like avocado. It was gray in color. The staff said it was gray because of the almond milk which they charged for without my knowledge. Never going there again.

I recently placed an online order for an avocado smoothie, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. First, the pick-up time was much longer than expected. I had to wait far past the estimated time, which was already inconvenient. But what made matters worse was when I finally got my smoothie—it had something disgusting in it. I couldn’t even tell what it was, but it was clearly not part of the ingredients. It made me lose all appetite. It’s frustrating when you’re excited for a simple order and it turns into a total letdown. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Great spot to grab a refreshing smoothie. Their fries are really good, hot and fresh. They have seating inside and out.

Got hot and cold boba teas . The sweetness just hits the right notes

The sparkling boba topping is not present here

Went here yesterday and seen that they were getting ready for their 5 year anniversary on the 17th. Usually those type of events have some giveaways and good bags. Worth a shot.

The drink was good!
But nothing can beat the worst service i had!
I was the only person at the store buying! There was others 2 people already consuming! The cashier tried to speak so fast ( for no reason), making all the experience gone bad!
Definitely not coming back, even the drink was good!

Got there at 9:00 to order popcorn chicken, and the darkskin girl with spider looking lashes, told me the kitchen was closed and was mad rude the whole time I was ordering, meanwhile i was being polite saying thank you and please, she continues to rolls her eyes at me. Last time i came, the kitchen closed at 9:30. i was there 30 minutes before the kitchen closed, and she was sooo lazy to not make my order. kudos to the Asian girl working with her though, right after i ordered my drink, she made it asap and even smiled at me. she definitely needs to learn something from her friend. ?

I go to this place often and have brought my own cup to use. The other day, the person behind the counter would not allow me to use my own cup, saying that there is new management that doesn't allow it. One-use plastic is such a waste and so harmful to the environment. Please allow customers to bring their own cups to use. It will also save you money!

When we are in the east side, we always try to visit this place. Bobas were good. They were busy today because they had people seeling kpop product. I didn't know the name of the boy band. We asked this person and it's like the baby brothers of BTS.

I got the taro smoothie and my son got a thai tea. The drinks are huge. Tastes good.
