The staff is nice. The tea is good. The wait is not too long. I like the taste and the people who work here are always nice. It can get addictive. You have to make sure you don't go there too often because it is easy to do.

I go to this place often and have brought my own cup to use. The other day, the person behind the counter would not allow me to use my own cup, saying that there is new management that doesn't allow it. One-use plastic is such a waste and so harmful to the environment. Please allow customers to bring their own cups to use. Other places do. It will also save you money!

When we are in the east side, we always try to visit this place. Bobas were good. They were busy today because they had people seeling kpop product. I didn't know the name of the boy band. We asked this person and it's like the baby brothers of BTS.

So the handsome gentleman in the photo, is Taehyun who loves doing magic tricks. I was here for a TXT cup sleeve event, hosted by Moas in the Bay, such a great event and hostess! The drink I got was a themed drink, the Tiger milk tea 50% sweet. A really tasty drink, no pun intended lol . The environment was super busy but fill, because it was a K-pop cup sleeve event.

i've been coming here since they opened! they always make drinks as requested! staff is normally friendly and welcoming! they fry their popcorn chicken to perfection and all other fried food menu items! spice lvl is always as desired. sometimes there can be a little wait as i noticed every other visit the staff can be limited so it may vary. please be kind and patient! ^.^ i'll continue to visit

The employees are always so rude here, even when it isn't busy. I keep trying to give this place a chance but no they're never nice, which is a shame because the fries are so good. Sophie seems to have more attitude then the rest.
This location is great! I took off one star because the service was slow. There was only one employee taking orders, making drinks and giving out togo orders.The peach me fruit tea is so yummy and refreshing. They put a good amount of fruit inside. I oder mine less ice, medium Stevia and yes top off. My favorite thing about Tastea is the honey boba. The texture and sweetness is perfect! I even ordered double boba this time.The ambiance is good too. They have nice relaxing music playing. They also have a good amount of inside and outside seating. I'll come back again!

Pretty disappointed at the tea. We got a peach me sweet tea and it basically just tasted like water, sugar, and some syrup soaked diced fruits. For the price they charge, I expected something better. Two stars because it was a hit day and they have a nice ambiance inside with strong AC. The service is fine.Nowadays the standard for boba and tea is a lot nicer. I'm not sure how tea shops like these can compete.
