Came in on a Sunday 2/15/25 around 5:30pm. Food always hits the spot! Service on the other hand is inconsistent. The girls who work in the front are always very attentive and polite, which is especially appreciated since it was busy. Although, whoever was bringing out the food was rude, didn't acknowledge us at all even when we kept saying thank you but that might be because he has airpods in while working. He also did not use kitchen safety words while bringing out hot soup...
They have a pay by the pound option here where you can pick what to put into the hot pot and your soup base. This is perfect for people with allergies or people who like certain things to eat.

I’ve been here for 7 years and so much has changed. I go to Tasty pot every Sunday. There used to be an order area/kitchen behind the chalk tagging board area. And I always see the worker up front every Sunday. It used to be bad in the past, but it’s fine now. Don’t use the new 2024 Claw Machine, it’s a scam ?.
