While I was walking by decided to stop at this spot. While entering, the vibes were right, DV’s Spot hit the nail on head, there are seats available. Not only was the service on another level the owner was super nice she made ordering extremely easy. The coffee and the matcha I ordered were out of this world. Couldn’t compare it to anything but super affordable and delicious.

Best spot in alum rock ! Walked in with a couple of friends and as soon as we walked was greeted with such great excitement and positivity and such wonderful vibes. The owner was such a sweetheart and recommended us her new Matcha drink with peanut butter and it tasted amazing I can’t wait for you to drop her new matcha drinks it was definitely one of the best matcha drinks I’ve had in my life definitely would be coming back to place you can tell this lady really puts a lot of effort into her business and really makes people feel comfortable and enjoyable definitely a 5/5

The name is different in person: “DV Spot”. This is one of the best boba spots I’ve been to! The inside is decorated so beautifully and the owner is such a sweet lady! The atmosphere is very welcoming and enjoyable. The matcha here is one of the best I’ve tried! The food options are also plentiful and yummy, the service was amazing. I will for sure be coming back to try more of their matcha series!

Came for a mango tea. Amicable staff, a little slow to serve but they were going through construction, renovation. Typical menu selection for a tea shop as such. Free parking in the back.

Boba was raw and the price is way too high for the quality. It took 20 minutes to get 2 small boba drinks. The total was ~$20. I will not recommend
I went there two days ago for Boba tea & Cheese cake, it's so delicious! I sit in the store, enjoy the cozy sunlight, good music, & the nice, clean and relaxing atmosphere. I had a fabulous afternoon! Next time, I will bring my friends there too. Service staffs are so friendly!

I got a free medium sized drink after purchasing a Thai tea boba( you get a free mystery drink on purchases over $10) The price is pretty good for a boba in general being around $6.50 and it isn’t too sweet which I love! It’s usually not busy at all which is nice and they have really nice and comfy feeling decorations in there. Overall amazing!

Awesome milk tea spot! Decided to stop by after the gym to grab me and my brother a drink. The owner is super friendly, gave us some great suggestions and I was not disapppointed. Drinks were great! They make some pretty legit drinks and sandwiches. I recommend checking them out, especially if you live around the area!
