Ordering online was quick and easy. Received a text message to confirm my order has been received on their end. The place is down town so you may have to find parking on Santa Clara Ave. My order was ready for pick up.As far as taste goes my teas were great. I would come here again. I think the cups are a great size.

popcorn chicken was “kind of raw” (according to v****a) and the oreo milk tea tasted like hot chocolate powder unmixed

I love this place. They have the best boba and the best prices. They are open until late, which makes them the perfect place for a late night drink. It's definitely my favorite boba shop around sjsu.

Gonna be honest. Some times after midnight I really crave boba and they're the only place open. Paid $10 for parking across the way just for their milktea .at this point mediocre tea would've been 5 stars. The experience sucked, the tea was light, and there was no boba left. Instead of giving me a wait time estimate, cause I would've readily waited, the guy just snapped and told. " No. There's no boba okay? Get it?"I was too tired to be rude .I just got a rose milk tea with some disgusting lychee boba because I already paid $10 for parking. Seriously would never come back .I get that they're busy but you don't dismiss questions like that . I just asked how long it would take to make the boba, why so rude?

This was one of the few boba places that were open late as they opened until 2am which was convenient. Parking does get a bit hectic in the evenings and weekends as the place is located downtown in between bars/clubs. We parked where the Safeway was in downtown and walked to the location which was less than a 10 minute walk. As for the boba, we got mango green tea, chocolate cream boba, lychee green tea, and rose milk tea. The boba was average as there was nothing too different from other boba places we tried. The sweetness level for the drinks were not too overpowering too. Overall, if you want a quick boba place to get drinks and snacks, I would recommend this place.

Tea Alley is located in the busier area of downtown San Jose. Parking is in the garage, parking lots, or street parking nearby. Their hours are limited here and they are only open late night (8 PM - 2 AM on most days). I feel like they open when they want because when I arrived promptly at 8 PM - they did not opened the doors until they were ready, and they did not even acknowledged me or give me a heads up. Drinks may take awhile, it looks like they are always short staffed the few times I have been here (sometimes only one person working and it is always the same employee working) - they can get somewhat busy as well, since they are the only boba shop that stay opened that late. I tried their jasmine milk tea and popcorn chicken. I am intrigued by their boba pocket, but never had gotten around trying it. Their jasmine milk tea is on the more bitter side, the tea is definitely stronger with a subtle creaminess to the drink. The popcorn chicken was decent, it was juicy, but not worth about $10 for that small portion.
