8 dollar straw berry matcha, wasn't sweet at all, was rather bitter, with such slight matcha taste. The strawberry jam tasted very cheap and it was also very over sweetened. They took such long time to make it too. Throw away matcha after couple sips. Egg waffle was mid. Not sure about hygiene as well.

Honestly this place isn’t the best but convenience is key. The drinks are not terrible, but you can tell they are not fresh. I would rank this place next to Quickly to be honest. The line can get long, and drinks do slow down, but all boba spots are like this.

It feels more like a scam. They fill your tea with just ice. You take 4-5 sips and your tea is over.

Horrible! I didn't know that they don't make hot tea and they didn't tell me about it before they hand over a big cup of iced green tea. When i told them about it, they didn't even offer a refund or change it to some other type of tea.

I am not happy about this place. Just now I ordered Thai milk tea with honey boba and no ice. The cashier might have written no ice in the receipt but there wqs no boba in my drink. I was in a hurry for bus, and the guy who made the boba took soo long just to wrap the cover for the drink. He spilled a little bit then try to wrap it cause it was too full. He did it like 3 times. Seriously, I am just unhappy because I didn’t get any boba, just the milk tea for 5 dollar. 😔😩😩😩
