I think it's a decent place to go if you want something cheap while you're at the mall since not many boba shops offer drinks that's in the $5 range. The teas on the menu are so vibrant and eye-catching that it makes me wanna try it all lol. I ordered their new drink "tuxedo unmask" which is a tropical sencha tea with real strawberry bits and mango jelly. The first sip I had reminds me so much of Tisane fruit teas. It had a light flavor with just enough fruity undertones.

No stars if I could, but had to give it 1 star to provide a review. You CANNOT advertise 1 price and charge a completely different amount!!No response as to why the listed price is different than what they were trying to charge.I wonder how many people were overcharged and didn't even notice. That's so shady!!

I've never heard of this place before but decided to give it a try because the pictures on the menu boards had very vibrant and unique drinks. There was only one person working. She took our order and went straight to making our drinks. We had the drinks with no adjustments, and they were very good. They were refreshing and had strong fruit and tea flavors. I also like that they use the small ice cubes here. What's impressed me most was you get a quality, good sized drink with toppings all for $1-3 dollars less than most boba places nowadays! I will definitely visit again whenever I come back to this mall!

Really good service and a clean place. The only thing that it might help is an automatic blender with timer in it. That way she'll be able to so something else instead of holding the blender until it stops‍

Right. Credit cards accepted. Not bad at all here. One person working there, but she was quick and efficient. Today was the very first time I ever purchased a sweet beverage here. Very good tasting and they pack it well for ToGo too. I ordered the cold Matcha Mine Specialty Drink. Impressed! One tall cup regular. Good size. Ingredients blended well together and they didn't overdo with ice cubes. Very cool. Natural. Sugar levels weren't high or maybe it's because I could barely taste it here. Not as sweet in taste compared to how it actually looks. Comes out to $5.50 total before tips. I can taste the lychee bits and it was creamy milk with a pinch of matcha flavoring for sure. Coconut or almond milk maybe. It didn't taste heavy or thick. Surprisingly, no lines after 1:30 pm on Wednesday. This place has been around for awhile, but I rarely buy drinks here. Very small booth counter, but highly visible at the food court area inside Eastridge Mall. They have other colorful sweet beverages too. Looks like I will be coming back next time to try out other beverages again. At least I didn't have to pay an average $7.99 or $10 for an Asian style sweet beverage drink. Sweet. Very good!

It's nice to have a milk tea shop in the mall! ...But I didn't enjoy my order. Located in the food court by the movie theatre. Had the milk tea with boba and the Taro that resembled a potted plant (just oreo crumbles). Not much tea flavor (just watery) and the Taro was bland. Order did take quite some time to make but it did come in a convenient togo carrier. Drinks didn't look as cute as the photos I've seen and flavors was lacking as well.

I went today and tried for the first time. There was a young girl working there by herself. She was on fire!! Super busy, all over the place (in a good way) and overall working her heart out. I feel so bad for her but she was excellent. Girl, if you ever read this good luck to you and anything you do in your life, you are awesome, the taro you made me was delicious, take care of yourself and much good fortune!!

Delicious! I ordered the Crème Brûlée boba and it was perfect amount of sweetness! They had a stand at Christmas in the Park and although it was a cold day, the boba hit the spot!

A bubble tea station in the food court on the second floor of Eastridge Center mall. The employees were polite, but I have had much better boba drinks elsewhere.-----Bean Milk: with brown sugar, red bean, and diamond boba ($4.95).Initially the drink was overwhelmingly sweet and freezing from all the tiny chunks of ice that gets sucked up through the straw. I had tried to request no ice, but a minimum of 30% ice is required. Towards the end the drink just tasted of plain milk. Proportionally the red bean and boba was too little. The pearls were not that fresh either: too tough and all clumped together at the bottom.-----The price listed on the menu are as-is with tax already included. A few customers were waiting for the drinks to be made, but no line for purchasing.

Not bad! I was a bit hesitant to order from here since their menu has SO MUCH variety. I went with a simple Mango Smoothie since the San Jose heat was reaching 90°F.The drink was creamy, refreshing, and surprisingly not too sweet. The drink had a few bigger ice chunks, but for the most part, it was easy to drink. There was only one guy working the kiosk, but he made drinks very quickly! My friends and I only waited a couple minutes. Not a bad boba spot to try in Eastridge Mall.

Good boba spot in the Eastridge shopping mall! I came here on a Friday at around 3pm with a friend. This spot is right on the edge of the food court on the second level. I got the mango o peach, with no ice. I honestly should've gotten a LITTLE ice in my drink, because even though they gave me my drink in a typical iced drink cup, my tea was HOT, like steaming hot. I thought they would shake up the tea with ice before pouring it into the drink cup, but I guess 'no ice' means hot. I also got lychee jelly in my drink. I appreciate that there were chunks of fruit in the tea, but I had to wait till I put my drink in the fridge to cool off before I drank it. The fruit tea was nice and sweet! Overall, this is a decent place to grab boba if you're in the Eastridge shopping mall.
