Store is clean. Staff is friendly. Good selection of beverages, flavors and toppings. Will come back and try more
My son found a finger nail in his drink not coming here again
Got the taro lover and I did not love it. They definitely use real taro but I don't think it's cooked well enough as its crumbly and starchy instead of creamy and flavorful like I'm used to. The drink flavor itself was too sweet even though I got less sweetness and the boba was bland with an okay texture. This drink is way better than anything I can get in monterey so I'll give it above average 6/10 rating, but it does not compare well to the amazing boba options nearby in san jose
Banana range is just milk with banana essence. Watery and nothing else.
Best place for milk tea
I was so excited to try this places matcha and when I did it was so disappointing.
I got here with my boyfriend around 9pm and they were already closing, I understand it but they took a while to take our order and I feel I was annoying the guy who was the cashier. Going back to the matcha, when it was ready the color was barely green and it just tasted like a melted cake, nothing like matcha!
I don’t recommend coming here for the matcha and you should come 5 hours before they close to get a better service!
Good spot. I come here because the Sharetea in the area always had homeless people loitering around and this was a great spot during the Covid-19 pandemic that took care of business and customer and employee. I just stopped going after the business partnership with Bobatalks since the Bobatalks community was not really nice, friendly, or real. The Bobatalks leader was too ingenuine and it gave me slight trauma thinking about it when drinking from Teaspoon. I think that was a bad business deal partnership but otherwise the generous employees and drinks are all very good.
Been here a few times, they're pretty consistent. I don't like milk tea, but I would recommend the strawberry matcha, grasshopper, or thai tea.
I had an online order but still had to wait a long time for our drink. They made the drink without telling me they ran out of the toppings I had ordered and still charged me for the amount.
Ordered the Silky Strawberry. It was smooth. The kitchen was closed at 10 PM.

With so many tea options near by I don't think I'd revisit this location.
Overall it's basically mid, it wasn't bad but was just ok at best.
Pricing wise it is line with the norm so maybe a different drink would be better then what I got.
Their fries though we're really nice so that's a plus.
After a shopping trip at the nearby Asian grocery store, my family stopped by Teaspoon for some pearl milk tea. This location is in a busy plaza where parking can be a bit challenging, but we were lucky to find a spot without too much trouble.
Walking in, we were greeted by very friendly staff, which made for a welcoming experience. While waiting for our drinks, we took a moment to browse the merchandise they had on display, which added a nice touch to the atmosphere. The service was impressively quick, making it an easy stop for a refreshing drink.
I ordered the classic Milk Tea with Crystal Boba, and it was delicious. The tea had a great balance of creaminess and flavor, and the Crystal Boba was a fun and slightly chewy alternative to traditional tapioca pearls. My family also enjoyed their drinks, though we might explore other flavors on our next visit.
Given the number of competing boba shops in the area, Teaspoon holds its own with friendly service, fast preparation, and solid drink quality. While parking and competition might be minor drawbacks, it’s definitely a spot worth visiting if you’re nearby. We’ll likely return when we’re in the area again!
First and last time for me. Not enough flavor, tastes artificial, and got the wrong topping. I asked for mango popping boba and they put mango jelly instead. They can definitely improve their customer service as their employees didn’t even acknowledge their mistake. Please hire people with experience!
Great service!
I wish I could say something good about the tea, but I didn't get to have any due to them being closed when they should have been open.
I arrived 45 mins before close and they sent me away. I could understand maybe 15-30 mins before close, but almost a full hour?
