Ordered the Silky Strawberry. It was smooth. The kitchen was closed at 10 PM.

With so many tea options near by I don't think I'd revisit this location.

Overall it's basically mid, it wasn't bad but was just ok at best.

Pricing wise it is line with the norm so maybe a different drink would be better then what I got.

Their fries though we're really nice so that's a plus.

After a shopping trip at the nearby Asian grocery store, my family stopped by Teaspoon for some pearl milk tea. This location is in a busy plaza where parking can be a bit challenging, but we were lucky to find a spot without too much trouble.

Walking in, we were greeted by very friendly staff, which made for a welcoming experience. While waiting for our drinks, we took a moment to browse the merchandise they had on display, which added a nice touch to the atmosphere. The service was impressively quick, making it an easy stop for a refreshing drink.

I ordered the classic Milk Tea with Crystal Boba, and it was delicious. The tea had a great balance of creaminess and flavor, and the Crystal Boba was a fun and slightly chewy alternative to traditional tapioca pearls. My family also enjoyed their drinks, though we might explore other flavors on our next visit.

Given the number of competing boba shops in the area, Teaspoon holds its own with friendly service, fast preparation, and solid drink quality. While parking and competition might be minor drawbacks, it’s definitely a spot worth visiting if you’re nearby. We’ll likely return when we’re in the area again!

First and last time for me. Not enough flavor, tastes artificial, and got the wrong topping. I asked for mango popping boba and they put mango jelly instead. They can definitely improve their customer service as their employees didn’t even acknowledge their mistake. Please hire people with experience!

I wish I could say something good about the tea, but I didn't get to have any due to them being closed when they should have been open.
I arrived 45 mins before close and they sent me away. I could understand maybe 15-30 mins before close, but almost a full hour?

Very delicious bubble tea options here!

Got the seasonal Ube Ultra, and I hope they keep it around forever! A delicious blend of ube and coconut, with a crème brûlée topping too, you can’t go wrong. Not to mention the honey boba, which is cooked perfectly to the right amount of softness.

At $7, yes it’s a premium price, but that’s for a large tea with boba and crème brûlée included, I’ve paid more for worse honestly.

As far as treating yourself to a bubble tea, definitely one of the best places and my new go to!

Tasty tea, good flavors, average prices, nice interior. Perfectly good place to go when you want some boba.

Just average, pricy as well

I ordered peach freeze and it did not taste good. It tasted like artificial peach flavor with sugary syrup and chunky ice blend.
My husband ordered sunset guava which tasted like just syrup with water.
I will never drink here again.

Worst service, server with ego attitude lied to escalate problems and forced me to accept her fake "sorry" and "solution". I used to be a loyal customer but now I want to keep all my friends from there. I dropped by after lunch as usually for a drink with my friend. I saw samples that I want to try. We just stood at the counter for a while and all employees ignored us. I politely asked for their attention. One of the employees came and told me to order through the machine and walked away without asking me if I have any questions/requests. Obviously, she's not trying to help with my request/question and want to save all the work. The store's totally empty and we're the only customers. I asked for their attention for a second time and still stay calm during all the communication. We said we wanted to try the samples, but she just pour a little in a cup. It's so little in ONE cup that it's apparently for just one person. We clarified that we BOTH want to tried the samples. She just added a little more in the SAME cup. We both feel so embarrassed and mad the way she dropped the cup HARD in the table and showed us the EGO attitude. We still bear with her attitude and asked for separating the samples into two cups cuz we don't feel comfortable and have no idea why she make the assumption that we want to share a cup. The server complained we wasted cups right after our request. We asked to speak to the manager and she just kept lying and trying to escalate the problem. She even made up for her assumption of sharing cups by saying she felt comfortable sharing a cup with me. She tried every way to stop us from talking to someone else who's above her position. I had been buying drink for several years since I moved in the neighborhood in 2021. Won't ever come back again unless they give me a solution. I've had enough of the employee's sarcastic "sorry" with attitudes. At least people can tell if a person sincerely means it. Self-esteem is not something a free drink can buy after all these unnecessary attitude to customers.

A clean and welcoming store. The matcha royale was good. They were able to adjust sweetness.
