I went here today after seeing an ad. I got 4 drinks total. I tried the chocolate strawberry smoothie so far and it was pretty tasty.
Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to spin their wheel despite “Every in-store customer gets a chance to spin” in their ad. I had to spend $20 to get that opportunity and I wish they were more clear in their ad.
In the store, I also noticed a customer crash out after not winning anything after spinning the wheel. In retrospect, 5 “better luck next time” in the wheel is kinda excessive.

Yum, yum, yum! I'd recommend any drink from here, especially the matcha drinks and strawberry flavored toppings. The waffles are also delicious!

My family in Antioch always gets Teazentea in their area, the one day I was in Antioch and my family got boba, they forgot to get my order so I’ve been on a Boba mission ever since. Thank God that they have a Teazentea in San Jose! Im probably going to stop by every time I make a commute South or when I’m heading back North which I do frequently. Smh so upset that my family forgot to order for me that day because Teazentea is bomb! Once I got my order from the San Jose location I fell in love. I would like to order everything they have on the menu if I could, because it all looks good! but the one that I ordered (Mango Matcha Latte), I feel like I’m just going to get the same thing over and over because I liked how it tasted. Can’t wait to make another commute!

Horrible, I ordered a mango summer with lychee jelly and mango jelly. They did not add the mango jelly. Then The employee said she put The jelly in the drink but then I had to say that you did not put the mango jelly you only put the lychee jelly in and not the mango. Do not come here!!!!

Came in at 9:45 2 members working wasn’t packed yet ordered around 9:48 things eventually did get busy and the girl is doing all the work handling the stress and pressure weve waited a whole hour for our order the man is very slow paced doesn’t show any sign of urgency or paying attention to the orders or customers even atleast trying to be of any support to the girl there should be a system in place yes there is the numbers and so they should go by that order 1 2 3 4 5 not jumping around the orders while then missing things also not removing tickets that are done we do get it it gets busy but when things aren’t managed properly they get worse and with staff that don’t seem to have experience or any sense of their surroundings they just make things worse not just us but other people waited absurd times for there orders or when they asked found out there order hadn’t even been worked on we do love this spot i hope this review can be seen by the staff or management and things can improve
