Yum, yum, yum! I'd recommend any drink from here, especially the matcha drinks and strawberry flavored toppings. The waffles are also delicious!

My family in Antioch always gets Teazentea in their area, the one day I was in Antioch and my family got boba, they forgot to get my order so Iâve been on a Boba mission ever since. Thank God that they have a Teazentea in San Jose! Im probably going to stop by every time I make a commute South or when Iâm heading back North which I do frequently. Smh so upset that my family forgot to order for me that day because Teazentea is bomb! Once I got my order from the San Jose location I fell in love. I would like to order everything they have on the menu if I could, because it all looks good! but the one that I ordered (Mango Matcha Latte), I feel like Iâm just going to get the same thing over and over because I liked how it tasted. Canât wait to make another commute!

Horrible, I ordered a mango summer with lychee jelly and mango jelly. They did not add the mango jelly. Then The employee said she put The jelly in the drink but then I had to say that you did not put the mango jelly you only put the lychee jelly in and not the mango. Do not come here!!!!

Came in at 9:45 2 members working wasnât packed yet ordered around 9:48 things eventually did get busy and the girl is doing all the work handling the stress and pressure weve waited a whole hour for our order the man is very slow paced doesnât show any sign of urgency or paying attention to the orders or customers even atleast trying to be of any support to the girl there should be a system in place yes there is the numbers and so they should go by that order 1 2 3 4 5 not jumping around the orders while then missing things also not removing tickets that are done we do get it it gets busy but when things arenât managed properly they get worse and with staff that donât seem to have experience or any sense of their surroundings they just make things worse not just us but other people waited absurd times for there orders or when they asked found out there order hadnât even been worked on we do love this spot i hope this review can be seen by the staff or management and things can improve

Love this spot! The atmosphere is so cool with the light and couches! And the drinks are FIRE!
Usually I love this place but, the last 3 times I've gone and ordered taro milk tea it has been very watered down. Super disappointed asked them to remake it and the girl just smiled and wanted to charge us again. We told them to throw the watered down one away bc 2 sips and it was not worth it. Dont think I'll be coming back here anymore.

this took an absurdly long time. to the point i could have finished one drink AND a snack by the time it was ready. they need to put mire people in this shift to manage their orders efficiently. they are probably very stressed @managment
Love the creme brulee drinks here! Coffee and fruit drinks are great choices too. Have not tried the snacks yet but it all looks yummy. One of the few places where drinks are under $8!

I love this place!! It's my favorite boba place. Sure it could take some time to wait for your boba but they also have to work on other peoples orders+online orders so give them a break. Unless you would like to go back there and make multiple drinks+online drinks. This place is so colorful and fun, the drinks can sometimes be watered down and have that taste but it's still good and refreshing. If you don't like it then just order a different drink or go to a different place.

Best cream brûlée I have ever had. I am always driving half an hour just to get it. On top of that they have great customer service.
