TeaZen has replaced my former favorite boba place, Kay's Tea House (I'm still sad they closed down even though it was back in 2022)! I like TeaZen quite a lot and I hope they don't close down either, but I know this place isn't the best location for boba :(. Anyway, aside from having solid milk tea, lately I really like their banana smoothie a lot. I also like how friendly the employees are.

One of my favorite boba shops but I do have two small complaints: The creme brulee topping is inconsistent, either in preparation or in portion, not quite sure what it is. Sometimes it's amazing, sometimes I feel like I wasted a dollar. The TeaZenTea Waffle (bánh kẹp lá dưa) is fantastic here but is frequently out of stock. (Or do workers just not want to make it?) Teas have always been on spot. Flavor. Everything. The only downfall is the attitude being served by the cashier. Every single time. Otherwise I would give an extra star. I noticed we don't get the "thank you" that other customers get. When we ask a question he replies as if we should know the answer and its a bother to ask anything. Sir. I do not work here and that is why I am asking. Inside is decorative and so cute. Wish the attitude matched the inside.

They are located in a small strip mall off of Capitol Expwy, close to Baskin Robbins 31 Flavors. I stopped by at night, so it was a colorfully lit shop. They have inside seating available and maybe a table outside. One clean bathroom. And a few IG-worthy spot to snap your pics. I liked that they closed around 10:45pm, later than most other tea spots. TEAZENTEA (Black) Milk Tea: If you're undecided, opt for their signature TEAZENTEA Black Milk Tea. Crafted with their finest loose-leaf black tea, this delightful choice is entirely dairy-free, ensuring a rich and satisfying experience. I was undecided because they had a good number of drinks on their menu that I wanted to try! Anyway, my drink was sweet at 100%. Good tea flavor, though the batch of boba I got, some were half cooked, which was disappointing for me. But not enough to discourage me from returning so I can try their other drinks.

tastefully decorated interior and quick service. i got the princess peach butterfly drink (50% sugar) which looked beautiful and tasted like peach syrup YUM. definitely recommend reducing your sugar level to 50 or less for the creme brulee drinks, which were also excellent. be prepared to spend at least $8 on a drink here and i have to say it is actually worth it

This place isn't as good as it used to be, sadly. The drink quality is always inconsistent. I ordered on DoorDash this time instead, and my order was messed up. Instead of receiving the milk tea I ordered I got a green tea. The drink was also barely filled. I ordered 3 drinks and they were all missing a good amount of it.
We were really wanting some tea late at night, but there were only 2 places open. We ordered through the webpage for pickup at 10:45pm. I ordered the Oreo Ribbon Smoothie $6.25 for my daughter, the Belle Butterfly with pink hearts for myself $6.99. I also ordered the Ube waffle and TeaZenTea waffle for $3.99 each. The drinks were very tasty. I would go back for the oreo drink for sure! The waffles were both tasty, but would be better without the shredded coconut in both of them.

I've tried their location in Milpitas a few times last year and wasn't that much of a fan.. however last night I was craving a honeydew smoothie and this was the only place available to deliver on Doordash. I decided to give it another try - and it was worth it! My bf hates boba, however drank more than half of my drink last night because of how good it was. The honeydew tasted refreshing and the boba was cooked to perfection. They also prepared my order very fast! Within 4 minutes of placing my order, the dasher had picked up my drinka nd been on the way. Needlesss to say I've found my go-to boba spot near me :)

First timer here and it so happens that they are doing a promo for their 1 year anniversary. I recommend following their IG for updates during this period! We got 3 drinks; originally we ordered one over DoorDash pickup and then saw they are doing BOGO so ended up grabbing 2 more drinks. Btw BOGO only applies to in store purchases. We got: - green milk tea w/boba: 4/5 - boba has a good consistency - purple rice yogurt: 4/5 - yogurt is on the sweeter side, your typical Vietnamese yogurt which I haven't had in so long so I really enjoyed it; the purple rice was okay; could have been thicker, too liquidy - crème brûlée brown sugar: 4/5 - make sure to mix completely because all the brûlée sits on the bottom Overall, the drinks were on the sweeter end regardless of the different sweetness level so recommend going even lower than your typical preference.
