This Thai restaurant offers the most authentic Thai food I’ve ever had! We always order one of their curries, Tom Kha soup, or Tom Yum soup depending on our mood. We also love their fried rice, drunken noodles, fresh spring rolls, and papaya salad. The dishes have been consistently delicious for the past two years that I’ve been coming here. The ladies who work here are incredibly sweet and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

We had called ahead to reserve a table, but it felt like the staff were in a rush to clear us out. Our food was served, and barely 10 minutes later, the server lady (with her pushing table) started asking if we needed boxes — this was like 45 minutes before closing. Even after we told her we were still eating and working, she came back within minutes with the bill. It made the experience feel rushed and uncomfortable despite the early reservation.
Food is about ok, nothing special for the $100+ bill for 4 vegetarian dishes

The best Thai restaurant in the SJ/Bay area. Excellent food, attentive & friendly service , the owner is the best - love this restaurant. It’s a gem. They even have a great wine list - wines served in crystal stemware. When I lived in SJ went regularly & now when I return - it’s the special go to.

Everyone found food we liked. But it was a bit expensive.

Good food, very friendly staff. There’s a cute back area with seating, bamboo and some statues. Good Thai coffees and teas and boxes as well as lunch menu.

This used to be my favorite Thai spot even though they were pricier. It's been a couple years since I've come here, and the quality has gone down significantly. The Thai sausage was still decent, but nowhere near what they used to be. After trying the beef pad Thai, which is now bland and overpriced, I immediately searched to see if ownership changed. Low and behold, I see a review noting just that.
All the other wait staff were wonderful and friendly, with the exception of the one large lady who was extremely rude. She was disrespectful and completely lacks customer service skills. We will not be returning to this place and will be giving my business to Thai Orchid in Campbell. The food quality and customer service are superior.
It’s been a while since we enjoyed TeeNee Thai, and we’re stoked they’re still around. We always order too much, because leftovers are hella good. There was 3 of us, but we ordered enough for like 6ppl :)
Tofu with Thai basil, curry, fried rice, pad Thai, roti and Thai teas…super delish.
The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and very attentive, and everything was very swift from drinks to the food to packing up leftovers. Again, we are so stoked to have a place like this in our city. Long live Tee Nee Thai!

BEST Thai food ever! Tee Nee Thai always hits just right. Their staff is nice even when its packed in there and they never get anything wrong with our order. We order vegetarian so its comforting knowing they will always get it right.

Thai or not, one of the best meals I've had from start to finish.
Their sampler plater, roti and the cashew chicken are excellent 😁

Good selection of beer, tasty taco with duck, and spicy papaya salad which you can specify the degree of spiciness. Waitress suggested us to eat the taco first while the wrap was still crispy. Indeed, it's a lot tastier with the crispy wrap.

I recently dined at Tee Nee Thai and found the experience to be quite underwhelming. The Thai food was mediocre at best, served at room temperature when it should have been served piping hot. Additionally, the dishes lacked the vibrant flavors typically associated with Thai cuisine.
The service was just okay, but I was surprised to see an automatic 20% gratuity added for parties of 4 or more(even a toddler is counted as a member of your party). The standard practice is usually for groups of 6 or more with an 18% gratuity. This policy felt a bit excessive and out of the norm.
Moreover, the prices are quite high compared to other Thai restaurants. Unfortunately, the cost doesn't justify the food quality, ambience, or overall experience.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for authentic and flavorful Thai food served hot.
