I came in for the first time today. I ordered the terryaki chicken cheese sandwich. It was not bad, came with sourdough roll, jack cheese, mushrooms, onion and chicken. Not the best chicken cheese I ever had but it was ok. Very nice guy running the place.

The best teriyaki in the Bay Area hands down. The recipe has been perfected since the 90's and although the location and name has changed over the years, it's still perfection. The staff have always been awesome with a no frills environment; it's all about the food.

One man army one man show.First time we went I got a teriyaki bowl and my partner got a beef cheese steak. The teriyaki bowl was aight but the cheese steak wow the cheese steak. Went back for trip number two and got two cheese steaks and it did not disappoint. One of the most delicious sandwiches to ever grace the presence of my tongue.For a one man show it is very impressive, takes your order and then he goes grills it, no wonder he's the teriyaki dude.

I've stopped by a few times. The food is good. The dude is cool. It's nice to have a good option for a quick bite near home. I get the spicy chicken teriyaki. Last time I had the deluxe sandwich and it was amazing.

This is when 5 stars just doesn’t quite cut it. I tried the spicy chicken teriyaki bowl and it was exceptional. Tied for the best teriyaki I’ve ever had. That sauce is pure magic! You can tell the owner goes out of his way to keep the prices low, so don’t expect anything fancy, just the best teriyaki you’ll ever have!

The teriyaki is good, but not amazing. The meat is grilled with almost no seasoning and just covered in sauce. It could do with being marinated before it is cooked. The sandwiches are messy, but sometimes that's worth it! It is cash only, so you can leave the plastic at home.

Located in the same shopping plaza as Lee's Sandwiches and TK Noodle. Plentiful parking. They accept cash only, but you can order via DoorDash for pickup or delivery if you do not want to pull out cash. I used DoorDash last week because I was tired and deemed myself too lazy to cook. Gavin and I ordered the same = Teri-Cheese Steak Sandwich. The steak was tender, and the teriyaki sauce was sweet and salty. It gave the beef the perfect glaze that melted into the roll along w/ the cheese. I read Jon's review. It took me back to before having Gavin. I was working at Extreme Networks and would frequent Ed's Teriyaki from time to time. No frills. I love the simplicity of the menu: burgers, bowls, and cheesesteaks. A very comforting meal after so many hours being logged in at work.

Stopped here for lunch, and I was pleasantly surprised! I got a Spicy Teriyaki Bowl and it was delicious. The price was also quite reasonable. Looking at the menu I'm excited to try one of there sandwiches! One last note, Cash Only!

Place is a casual, no frills, and cash only. Great spot for a quick bite. I got the teriyaki cheese chicken sandwich and was thoroughly impressed by the taste, freshness, and how fast I got my order. The sauce is delicious and not overpowering. They use chicken thigh meat so it's tender, juicy, and absorbs the teriyaki flavor well. The french roll for the sandwich is also nice and fresh. Will definitely be returning.
