Omg I went in there yesterday and my ODD was in full effect!! I have to apologize to the young lady at the counter who had to deal with me. I was definitely confusing and confused my damn self. I came in from an online order and when I arrived I ordered 3 more bowls. I didn't know what size or flavor I wanted so that was already confusing first thing, Then the girl was going be cool and charge me a soda to pay the difference for the size and flavor changes I flew off the handles cuz for some reason that computed in my mind as free soda She saw I grabbed a soda and she proceeded to charge me for two. My maths wasn't mathing and I was convinced I was to only be charged for one I'm sorry for calling you slow girly I'm the slow one Straight special ed! Bye!

Wow, first time and the food was super fresh. I got the large yaki style chicken breast with vegetables and it was great. Be hungry if you get large because it is LARGE. Highly recommend.

Some consistency issues - the first time I came here (lunch), the teriyaki steak pieces were juicy and full of flavor. The second time (dinner), my SO ordered the same dish but the steak pieces were flat, dry, and bland. The chicken katsu I ordered was perfectly crispy/not dry, but the noodles were plain and tasteless (yakisoba style was not available). Both times, the fried rice was greasy rather than "fluffy" but contained a decent mix of vegetables. Other than that, this place makes the food quickly and there wasn't much of a line both times because it's kind of like a fast food place and people seem to pre-order for takeout.

Nope...food poisoning on a recent visit. I think the undercooked gyoza on a recent visit. I shouldn't have eaten them. I'll not be back....

My partner and I love this place! Love that the fried rice option is gluten free. It's hard for us to find fast-ish food with our dietary restrictions and this place always delivers. Staff is nice too! It's always clean inside.

Love this place for a quick dinner or grab & go. Food always tastes good though less oil would be preferred. Service is great here. Staff is polite, patient, and helpful. Definitely recommend spicy chicken!

Just got a bowl from the one on prospect avenue. Seems that the chicken is undercooked. I'm not sure if it comes frozen and they warm it up , but chicken seemed cold even though I got order right after it came from the kitchen. 20$ for a bowl only to get 3 tiny teriyaki sauces is kind of sad. Owner always makes you feel if asking for extra sauce is a crime. Meat portions are very small.
