Overall, Eataly is an experience. I've dined at the pizza cafe and Terra. Both are great ambience amd wine. Neither of the restaurants food is worth the price. It's just as good as Olive Garden just presented nicer and much higher prices.

The experience tonight was great, as the food and service were both fantastic. Joe was very helpful as well as Josh, another presumed server. The meat was cooked to liking, providing flavor and satisfaction. We will be coming to Terra again in the future.

This is my favorite restaurant to eat at consistently. I have eaten here over 50 times I often invite new guests to experience the cuisine and ambiance. I was at Terra all day yesterday we had the best service from Jonathan a new addition to the team. He was the best server I have had in a restaurant in quite sometime. Attention to every detail. Octavio,Joe, Jasmine and Analisa are also top notch level employees who have been at Terra for a long time. The new one two punch of Andres and Chris as GM and AGM is bringing Terra to the next level. In the morning Rob, Bryce and the bartending squad are amazing.

Fantastic as usual! Our server (Camillo I think was his name) was very attentive but not intrusive. Food was spot on and that tiramisu is unbeatable at the end

Terra was a bit disappointing. The salad was a massive bowl of leaves and shavings. Pasta was very oily and buttery. And you could not tell it was handmade. Wine was good. Pork shoulder was a bit under done and also oily. Once we got the check we felt we were overpaying for the level of quality and expectations. Service was great, but Terra you need step it up at those prices.

Joe, our server was great. We had lots of questions and requests which he handled by deftly by clarifying and suggesting options. He was attentive, checking on us throughout the meal. Terra's food is beautifully prepared and delicious-the cavatelli and spiedini di pollo were great! Wine choices were all good and the sommelier even stopped by to check on us. It was our first time to Terra and we'll be sure to return!

Servers were very nice and pretty attentive. The bread/Buffalo butter appetizer was delicious. The green salad was so lightly dressed it was hard to tell if dressed at all. The cacio Pepe mushroom pasta was very tasty with great textured pasta but super salty. I was not wow'd but enjoyed my meal and the atmosphere overall.
Food was amazing and they were nice empty to give us a comped dessert for our bday dinner party. Johnathon our server was nice and took great care of us.

I know it's thanksgiving night. My waiter tried very hard but I think there's a few miscommunication between him and kitchen. It's not only my table have the food in a wrong or missing but also others. Hope Terra can improve during such occasion.
