Charming Lovely Rooftop Happy Hour Experience at a Sundowner with friends on the Top of Valley Fair Mall. Parking next to the restaurant on P4 is so convenient. From the moment you enter Terra at Eataly an Italian mood hits you from the various Italian cuisine products like Parmesan Reggiano, Pasta Sauces, Wood Burning Oven making Focaccia, Bacis, etc. We had easy Happy Hour Cheers along with Fresh Grilled Sourdough with white Butter, Off the Oven Focaccia with EVOO Balsamic along with petit delectable Butter Nut Squash Ravioli and Classic Spaghetti al Pomodoro with Parmesan Reggiano and Basil 🌿. Very Fashionable Crowd added to the lively atmosphere. Cheers. šŸ„‚

Amazing experience at Terra! The tiramisu was top-notch, the burrata was delicious, and the steaks and grilled dishes were incredible. Everything was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. Highly recommend!

Service was incredibly slow. I waited for over an hour and a half for a steak that tasted like a mouthful of olive oil and had the texture of a rubber duck. Would not recommend.

I can’t rate the food because I’m having a drink only. My bartender understood exactly what taste I was going for. He adjusted the ingredients and achieved an amazing taste. Thank you Bryan!

The food was good, which is why I am giving one star. Unfortunately, the overall experience was overshadowed by the customer service.

The service team, particularly our waiter, lacked professionalism. When we politely asked if we could choose a different seat, the reaction and facial expressions were surprising and uncomfortable. It did not feel welcoming.

Good food alone cannot compensate for an unpleasant service experience. I hope management takes feedback seriously and invests in improving customer service standards.

Like damn they damn near serve me burnt cheeks from cow because that tasted like buns. Like that thing was damn near mooing the way it was undercook. Then charging me 43$ for pasta like look like my high school cafeteria lunch. Yea lost momentum mid service. I don’t this a vision with this place open.

Service is good but the food is not. The food is so over priced and with such small portions and it isn’t even good and not worth paying. The food didn’t have lot of flavor and not worth going too expensive

Have been before and had one of the family style meals and it was decent. Went again today with an out of town guest and value for money was extremely disappointing. They still had the Valentine's Day specials, which they really should specify are appetizers and not entrees. Burrata ā€œsaladā€ had a nice large piece of burrata, but maybe a couple of spoonfuls of pickled beets and maybe one deconstructed endive. ~$30. And nothing else to go with it. Unless you wanted to also buy the $10 bread to supplement. The ravioli, $32, was 3 pieces total. That's near $11 per piece of raviolo, which is a hate crime unto itself. We also went before prime time (before 6 pm) and they ran out of the American Wagyu entree. Even though it appeared the butcher section of the market had a bunch in the display case. Kind of ridiculous. I haven't felt this ripped off by a meal in quite a while and Terra takes the cake. Oh and one of our party is allergic to pistachio which has become ubiquitous in Italian cooking, we notified the server and the reply was ā€œthey're okay with cross-contamination though?ā€ Umm not when it's an anaphylactic allergen. I mean wtf?

Such a great experience! The dinner was delicious and the service was outstanding. I'll definitely be coming back.

Food is a solid 5/10 and that's feeling a bit generous. Wagyu steak was 4/10. The flavor was good but took 2 solid minutes of chewing through it. The dish my girl got was the smallest portions I've ever seen. We've been to many high end restaurants and even THEY don't serve like these people did. The server was great!! Overall I wouldn't comeback for the food Would just come to get 1-2 drinks and leave

Not a nice night at all. Servers were rude. Food was average. I felt like the value of the food to what I paid for was very poor. I also got sick after eating the food

Atmosphere: Nice floral environment, but the sun shined on our faces because doors were sometimes opened all the way. Service: Not great. Waitress never really checked on our table. Food came out late like she forgot about us. Water bottle was never filled once emptied. Food: One of the pasta dishes we had was very bland. Definitely not worth the money. Birthday freebie dessert was not that great. Super small and bland compared to other nice restaurants out there. Definitely not coming back here again.
