I sent a message to Good Guys this morning and got a call back within an hour, and within 2 hours Ron showed up to fix my garage door! Amazing service. Ron was great, explained everything he was doing -and what I should not do in the future, such as cleaning the cobwebs from the sensor with a broom. I'd been destroying the wiring! (duh...).
