Had such a rude experience here just now. Came to pick up an order and the man helping me (in his early 20s, brown curly hair) gave me the worst attitude about my order, implying I’d steal it, then proceeded to look at me with a bitter face and ask “is that it?” With an awful harsh tone. I’ve always had good experiences here but something is clearly happening with the customer service. Do BETTER.

The place is always packed but the food never disappoints!!! I do takeouts and my order is well packed with condiments, utensils, gloves, and extra lemons. The fries with crab meat is my add on with a boil bag of shrimp.

SCAM awareness, dont order the dungeness crab or frozen crayfish ,you will be paying for the crab body/ shell weight per pound and the frozen crayfish come so broken and with mushy tails that you cant eat them, its rare they come out in one piece. Everything taste AWESOME just be aware of what your really paying for and if you like paying for an heavy crab body with no meat and a bag of miscellaneous crayfish pieces then order those frozen ones, youve been warned.

We have been coming to this location for years now and the food is always consistent. This time however, the sauce had a sweet taste to it. I’m not sure if the cooks did something different or if the restaurant changed their recipe. This different taste did not help fulfill our craving for the Boiling Crab this time :(
