Good staff and drinks but the food is the most minimal food of any lounge in the US. Almost no food is left out beyond celery and carrots and soup. The items to order should be called tiny appetizers. No way can you get a real meal here. San Jose deserves better. Of the 3 options to order, two are usually mostly rice and the third is mostly bread.

Please build a lounge in terminal B it's long overdue.

Decent size and decent amount of staff. Water glasses were stacked down on a wet tray. Not very sanitary. Other than that, everything else was acceptable.

The worst Airport lounge I've ever been. Food was very subpar. Service was slow. People waiting for utensils, soup bowls and the actual food itself. I waited a good 10-15 minutes before they replenished the empty food bar. Ridiculous!

Clean, more food. You can order like in a restaurant,

I waited an hour for my food. It never came and I had to go catch my flight. I was never updated on anything and even my dessert took almost an hour. They make you order everything but the wait is forever. I ordered a drink and it took over 20 minutes. Might be the worst experience in a lounge I’ve had.

The club sjc is located on the upper floor of the international airport terminal

It’s a 10-15min walk from Terminal B (Southwest) but ain’t too bad. If ur in terminal A it’s better to go to the A8 one

Similar vibes to a lot of other clubs but its still pretty good. Lots of space for working

Can sit at the bar if you want drinks.

Order food via the qr code, but have some bagels and muffins self service for breakfast.

Also self serve coffee is nice.

Bottle Water refill is located near the bathrooms

Food options are very limited..

Really poor quality of food.
Worst than anywhere else in the country. Not worth even a 1 minute walk.

Poor customer service. They were full and had a 30 minute wait list. They have 4 benches across the lobby for a waiting area. They wouldn’t let us sit and wait there. They sent us back downstairs to the gate area saying they will contact us. But they didn’t even have our phone numbers.

They couldn’t provide an explanation as to way we couldn’t wait in the waiting area on the waiting benches. Keep in mind the 4 benches were completely empty and it wasn’t packed in there, no line or anything

Nicer seats than at the gates. The food quality has plummeted over the last couple of years. Unclear if the membership is worth it.

We went to this lounge prior to a recent flight and received absolutely abysmal customer service. We found the staff to be incredibly rude and unhelpful or unwelcoming.

Went here at 8:30pm on a Thursday night before my flight. I recommend using the stairs if you can because the elevator takes forever.

There weren’t many food choices available, there are more options if you scan the table QR code and order.

People and service is friendly. Options are limited but the space is comfortable. They had a basket of apples I took from lol.

If you know what you’re getting into you’ll be less disappointed - sub-premium lounge with simple food/bev options, relatively comfortable seating with quiet surroundings. While it’s nice to separate from the larger airport crowd, this lounge isn’t nearly as premium as others; it’s basic but gets the job done. Pros: it’s clean and the staff seems attentive. Cons: food and beverages aren’t premium by any means (think basic continental breakfast at a Holiday Inn).

Reasonably spacious lounge. Like the idea of order to table, so no waiting in line.

However, extremely few food choices (3 savory, 1 sweet). Wide selection of alcoholic drinks, but no non-alcoholic ones ?. Within the drinks, only one drink order allowed per person.
