Food and service was good. We were there to celebrate an anniversary. We were asked at the time we made our reservation if we had a special occasion. We told them yes, an anniversary. We were asked by our server if we had a special occasion, again we her about the anniversary. When the bill came there was no mention of the anniversary we were there to celebrate. Don't understand why the waste time asking about special occasions and then do nothing. A scoop of ice cream would have been a nice gesture. To me it is cheap and poor management.

The host, Maxim, was wonderful and helped us pick a great dish. Everything was perfect, and I will definitely return.

I just want to share my thoughts on our dinner. I was really disappointed with our ribeye steaks. They were thin, salty and overcooked! Very far from our previous experiences at Grand View. It was over-seared to the point that it tasted bitter and charred! To pay $100+ for that was not right! I was expecting a delicious dinner. But because it was my son's birthday, I did not want to create a scene and just ate what was on my plate. I don't think I would be back anytime soon. Grand View has always been my go to restaurant so tonight was a big let down. Paying $600 was ok. Cost is not the issue BUT cost should equal quality I felt I was eating steak at Denny's😵‍💫😳😭

Food was ok but the view is what you are paying for. What I didn't really like was the restaurant trying to sneak in charges. I was sent a message before my reservation, where I could purchase roses for the table. I initially declined, then they sent another message, but also included that if I made the purchase, I would be given better seating. During dinner, a hostess offered to take our picture, then went away and came back with them framed. They let us look them through, then told us they would be an additional, separate cost.

We had a great experience at The GrandView! Our waitress was super friendly and made us feel really welcome. I had the Pappardelle Bolognese—it was rich, hearty, and full of flavor. My wife had the Pollo Bella Vista, and the basil pesto on that dish was so fresh and delicious. For dessert, we shared the Lemon Sorbetto, which was light, refreshing, and the perfect way to end the meal. The atmosphere was beautiful and peaceful, and the view? Absolutely unbeatable. Can't wait to come back!

Restaurant is very nice. My only complaint is that it would have been nice if the staff had lowered the shades when the sun was striking everyone in the face. A lot of people were eating with one hand shielding their eyes and the other hand working the plate. Then after sunset, the waiter turned on the heat lamp requested by the couple next to us, and I was roasting. Between the sun and the heat lamps, I wished we had been seated in the bar. Excellent atmosphere there in the bar.

Food was good but customer service was lacking. The hostess was very nonchalant and unwelcoming. Almost like we were bothering her. The waiter was too relaxed. For the price of the meal and the so call effort they make to their food preparation there were no napkins the table wasn't set. Just made us feel like we arrived to early even though we had a reservation for 5:00 and arrive at 4:50pm. They kept telling us they didn't open until 5:00pm and it showed. Their policy on this app states only 1.5 hours of service you would think they would have the place ready to go.

Overall the Food quality was decent, the seabass was excellent, the lobster tail just average. Bread was very tasty. Wine selection was great. Our bread was served with hair in the dipping, which the wait staff replaced without any mention. Arrived early and got seated at bar. Bar tender was cutting apples, eating bits of it, than stopped to brush his hair and put on his tie, than continued to scoop the apples into a pan with his bare hands without washing them first. The host was also braiding hair at the counter while waiting for restaurant to open to seat us. Did not see her wash hands either in between.

Came here to celebrate my birthday it was my first time visiting Grandview. It's very pretty and worth the drive. They sat my group outside on the terrace we had a nice view. I had heard mixed reviews about the food but everything was good. I ordered the catch of the day, salmon and the calamari and both were good. The cuban cocktail was very good! All my friends liked their food too. LALY was our server and took great care of us!! They brought me a cheesecake for my birthday dessert and it was delicious! Definitely will be coming back!

View is definitely worth it. The food amazing, all farm fresh used. Service was great. Only thing is 3rd course (pasta) came out with the main dish the Tomohawk Steak, but then again it was getting late so maybe kitchen was closing.

The view beat everything. I mean service was slow, did wait for entree a lot, people who show up later have entree at same time. But because of the ambient and view slow service forgiven.

It was nothing special for a a beautiful destination . Prime rib wasn't great. Was cold and the sides weren't cooked all the way. I ordered potatoes and never received them. The sauces for the prime rib was overpowering. The pickle juice for dirty martini must have gone bad. Sent back and made a new one. Still terrible. The focaccia bread and the Keylime cheesecake were the best. Went for a birthday celebration, and the waiter said that the dessert was on him, but was on the bill.

Exceptional Dining with Thoughtful Variety The Grandview is truly a standout restaurant in every way. From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere struck a perfect balance between refined and welcoming. The service was attentive and professional, without ever feeling rushed or overbearing. What impressed us most was the quality and care put into every dish. Everything is made from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients—and you can absolutely taste the difference. Each bite felt intentional, with incredible depth of flavor and attention to presentation. Unlike many high-end steakhouses, The Grandview offers a much broader menu with a thoughtful selection of vegetarian dishes as well. It was refreshing to see that the menu caters to a variety of preferences without sacrificing creativity or flavor. Whether you're a meat lover or plant-based, there's something here that will truly impress you. This is more than just a place to eat—it's a place to savor. Highly recommended for a special night out or any occasion where only the best will do.
