Came here with my family to eat out at a nice restaurant and just enjoy the day. Ran into the issue of the ice cream machine being down, understandable, but was hoping for a sweet treat. Tried to do an order with staff but had a sign pointing out to kiosks only so we didn't know if we could use cash at the time and forced me to use my card since we were already here with the family. The kiosk didn't have as many options as we'd like and had a bit of a difficult time navigating the kiosk for my older folk. It's a nice spot, and the food is good, but having no one at a register to help us out to order and let us pay by cash was the part that was really annoying. Hopefully, they can fix up the issue with the register since they usually have the register up n' running. Tried asking for some ranch dip, came out to 50 cents a dip, and added tax since we asked for 2 about $1.09. Hoping for better next time

My first time in this chain burger joint .. nothing special. I was expecting something a bit more high end. It had the ambiance of a Denny's and the burgers were mediocre.

I was in town from NY and wanted to try different burger joints in the area. After a lackluster and disappointing visit at in-n-out, I hit up the habit. I had the double char burger with cheese and a steak sandwich. The steak sandwich came with ciabatta bread with holds up well. The steak wasn't the best but what do you expect from a fast food joint. It was delicious and pretty filling.4/5. The double char burger with cheese was the bomb!The patty was nice and juicy with that charred, smokey flavor. It was fantastic, would buy again in a heartbeat. 4/5. Please give this place a try.

I'm usually a big fan of habit burger but this location is definitely not the same.First off, the restaurant was freezing. And at 10:30 in the morning it was not needed. (Afraid to see what their electricity bill looks like) I ordered a salad and hamburger meal. It took 20 minutes, and i was the only one there. The salad was horrible. Very little chicken, very little bacon, and the avocado was black. The veggie burger was ok but not up to the usual habit standard. Overall, it was a very disappointing visit.
