The Habit Burger Grill

The burger was good. It was messy. I love a good messy burger. The meat to bun ratio is a little off though. The patties were kind of small. My only complaint. Everything else was good.

Don't know how they earned #1 burger slot. Overcooked, tasteless beef. Could have gone a dozen other places for a better burger at a better price. I come to Habit about once ever 6 months because someone I'm with wants to go there, they are a fan. Everytime I, go, i get a bad meal, I hope everytime it's just that location, but always the same sad deal.

The attendant named Iara is very rude and looks very ugly at the customers. However, the person who makes the burger was very polite to me. 2:14 pm

It was... Meh. Staff was very nice... Food was ok. I would rate 2 other "flame grilled" burgers higher, both Burger King and Carl's Jr. I would eat there again, it is ok, but not my first choice.

Either you can order at the kiosk or at the counter. If we order at the kiosk, we need to give either phone number or email to receive the receipt and order ID. Once our order is ready they call with our order ID or last four digits of the phone number, if we don't know what our order ID is. The service was very good. The food was super tasty and different from other burger food stores. The fried chicken sandwich was tasty, delicious and yummy.Their onion rings are yummy, delicious even after 5 hours,they weren't soggy. I would like to go with my family here again next week.

Busy place with good burger options. Fries are actually great unlike other burger places and they offer self-serve condiments.
1 self checkout kiosk was down but the staff is fast when it came to taking and preparing orders.

Parking: This plaza has plenty of parking but during busy hours it will be hard finding a spot close by.

The staff is short and rude despite leaving a large tip. Never order for mobile pick up here. The entire plaza shares 4 mobile pick up spots and they are not marked off by store. The phone number is only automated so you will not be able to communicate it any way except going in. If you made a mobile order and have a baby or dog in the car, you will either need to cancel or go in, which defeats the purpose. This Habit is the most difficult to deal with in the area, save your time there’s so many other ones

Had the Santa Monica meal which has a buttered brioche i think and avocado. Consistently good. And used the self ordering kiosk and got it order in before the people in line. ? The hibiscus tea is good but maybe sometimes.
