I stopped by while I was in the area to order an impossible burger and sweet potato fries. They gave me a beeper so it is possible to go wander around while waiting, although the food was ready within a few minutes. I thought the fries were quite good, they were crispy and decently salted. I found the burger to be just alright, not particularly remarkable. I wish the burger patty and bread were crispier. However, I appreciate that they offer this plant-based protein option.

3.5 stars. I am glad this location opened up as it is closer to where I live. Nicely decorated, clean interior. Inside and outside dining available. Friendly and courteous customer service. I enjoy the food here. Especially the: CHARBURGER WITH CHEESE: Their award-winning burger topped with caramelized onions, crisp lettuce, fresh tomato, pickles, mayo, and cheese on a toasted bun. Fresh ingredients and the carmelized onions brings this over the top (for me). TERIYAKI CHAR WITH CHEESE: Freshly chargrilled beef patty, grilled pineapple, teriyaki sauce, caramelized onions, crisp lettuce, fresh tomato, pickle, mayo, and cheese on a toasted bun. The sweetness of the charred pineapple and sweet teriyaki glaze makes this a messy but good burger. Patty Melt: Two chargrilled patties served on a toasted corn rye, with one slice of yellow American cheese and one slice of white American cheese, caramelized onions, and Thousand Island spread. I am a sucker for patty melts and am glad they brought this back. Melted cheesy goodness over sweet onions in a messy gooey sauce. But that crunch of the rye bread brings this all together. Tempura Green Beans: Includes a side of Ranch dressing. Lightly battered and golden fried but not oily. This is so good and addicting.

They got a solid burger and fries here. I like mixing the 2 house drinks they have here with a soda. They also have a pepper bar. It's relative clean and not to busy for being a fast food place. Nothing to crazy special with service either and plaza is always poppin.

Overall I like habit chain. This one is also one of the nicer ones.I usually get the Santa Barbara char. Love the sour bread for that. I also like the onion rings. My second go to is the mushroom char burger.

Food tasted great but not so great dining experience.. unlcean tables everywhere.Soda didn't have fizz so overall this location management is not paying attention to the logistics it seems.Makes me doubt about the food handling in the kitchen as well.
