Would give the food more stars if I could even order don't go in this place for lunch expecting the workers to actually be up front.. it's sad to hear a group of adults in the back laughing an talking while you have someone waiting just to order stood there a good 10 mins nothing, I even had to be like hello! But I feel most bad for the buisness that pays the ppl mooching off anything they can.

Super friendly, always greet people with a smile at the door. Ready to help. Delicious, fabulous ham. The service is great. I am disabled and they always help carry the ham to my car. Worth the price.Parking: It can get busy during peak shopping hours.Wheelchair accessibility: It is accessible to wheelchair and the employees always help people with disabilities. Very kind.

I love this place, but I just picked up my ham for christmas and this is the second time in a row tgat it does not have any cruchy yummy parts on the outside which is the best part and why I am willing to pay a little more for it. Don't think I will get my new years ham this year

Since there are a number of poor reviews recently, I wanted to write a review - not to discount others, but to share my experience. I had placed a pre-order but, based on reading some of these reviews, I was prepared to wait in a long line. When I arrived at my scheduled time, I was able to walk to the front of the pre-order line. I was helped promptly by a very friendly employee and was out the door in less than 2 minutes.

My bad follow up review!! I was told by another manager that someone would be getting in touch with me or I was to email him. It's been 11 days and I still have no refund. I'm out over $100 because they charged me 3x. Then I was told to email this new manager Scott. That was 7 days ago and he never even bothered to email me back. I guess this company believes in fraud and not returning money to customers. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. THEY ARE ALL SCAM ARTISTS THAT DON'T BELIEVE IN GIVING REFUNDS FOR RUNNING PEOPLES CREDIT CARDS 3x!!!!

service was pretty disorganized even though i ordered online and just had to pick up a single 5 lb. ham.customers in front of me were handed frozen cranberry sauce and the workers had no idea what was going on.the actual product was fine except for the 1 lb. of bone i paid for with a 5 lb. ham. pictured next to an 8" chef knife for context.WTAF?

If I could give zero stars I would. I completely understand why the reviews are all so bad. I placed an order in advance to be picked up on Friday. I arrived and every single side dish was out of stock. They told me they have no control over what you order online. Which is also a lie because if it's out of stock, you shouldn't be able to order it at all. So I had to rush to the store and make everything myself. What's the point of paying in advance if the food is not going to be saved for you! I then had to get a refund and re buy the turkey and cranberry sauce frozen from the back. The boy that rang me up kept telling me my card was being declined when I told him that it was not. Well of course I look at my credit statement and he had charged me 3 times for the order!! I called to get a refund and the manager FRANCISCO should not be employed there at all. He told me I had to either go in person or send him a screen shot of my statement proving that they charged me 3x. Which is insane!!! He said he can't look me up in the system. I email the store the proof. It's now been 2 days and he has yet to call me back to provide my card number to even get the refund. I have called multiple times today and every time I call they tell me he is not available to talk and will call me back. I'm now out over $100 and have to call my bank for fraud!!! Never come here as all the employees are not trained in customer service. I have also called corporate and put in a formal complaint about this business and the Manager FRANCISCO specifically!!! Seems like leaving a review also gets you nowhere. Scott, if you really cared about customer service you would be compensating people.
