This is a good place to savour seafood, specifically crabs and different types of shellfish. The ambience is warm and appropriate for the cuisine and the interior sitting space is big enough to accommodate a fair amount of diners. We ordered two types of crab leg preparations, a clam dish and fish fry. All items were good in taste and freshness though I must say that the size of the crab legs has become much smaller and less fleshier since our last visit.

Service is great! Make sure you count your add ons as some of ours were missing but they were really happy to rectify this. Staff are truly amazing. The garlic noodles are good too! Free drink refills too!

Food was pretty good. I cannot handle spice, so, I got the garlic seasoning. Shrimp were huge! Only strange thing was that my sister got the king crab legs and they didn't give her anything to crack them. No scissors or anything! I know you must know how pointy those legs are and she was cracking them with her hands! She had to ask them for anything to crack them suckers. Also, we had to flag the servers down to get any help. We were never attended to after we were served.

My partner and I have been coming to this location for several years now, I usually did pickup and tonight we sat inside instead. Unfortunately we had a pretty bad experience this time. We got the combo with shrimp, clams, and mussels. The shrimp had a whole different texture than usual and felt like it was lower quality, the clams tasted old and we werenāt able to eat them. The best thing was the mussels as they tasted like normal. When we requested a partial discount since we were unable to eat the majority of the clams we were told they couldnāt discount due to us ordering a combo meal and they also said if we didnāt let them know immediately they also couldnāt do anything. We did not complain further or request a manager, but very disappointed in the customer service especially since they only came around to check on us one time and at that point we hadnāt gotten to the unpleasant clams. They were mostly removed from the shells and sat at the bottom of the sauce. I know this isnāt fully the businessā fault but they sat a loud group behind us when there were multiple tables open and the restaurant had the music blaring for a while right above us. All around I was not pleased with the experience and the resolution to the issues we brought up.

This is a fast paced restaurant with piping hot seafood in great flavors. Service is friendly but we had to ask to order out food as well as order twice for our beverages. They were short on inventory and raspberry iced teas was out, so was snow crab, so was dessert. Would be great if they had a salad and more veggie sides. The food was very good and a great seafood boil experience but be prepared to pay extra for other non seafood items in your boil like potatoes, corn, sausage. Shrimp platter with rice was delicious and tasted like Oahu's North Shore shrimp trucks.

Service seemed very inexperienced. Asked for water twice, requested hot sauce and never received it.
This may seem finicky, but if 4 people want to share an order of chicken wings ( order comes with 6 for 12.99) should they be able to each have an equal amount? I wanted to pay additional for everyone to have 2 wings extra. Don't care what it costs, but it should be an option to pay for 2 extra wings. We didn't necessarily want a whole separate order. And although we requested to start with wings, they arrived after out entrƩes. I just think service staff needs a little help and education in the business of waiting table. Could easily correct these things and improve the overall experience and encourage a second visit
