Let me be brutally honest. My family was there yesterday and food was ok but this place is disastrously understaffed, mismanaged the food come out super late and there will be someone still have not received food when most others finished their food if your party is more than 10 ppl. Took 40mins to get my kid’s fries.

Ok so im usually passive and like to take the time to just give positive reviews. I was in shock today when I went to this establishment I frequently go to when I’m working in San Jose. I love the boba and garlic noodles there. I ordered Garlic noodles and shrimp today. I was literally crunching on the noodles one was so hard I had to spit it out. I told the lady working there and she refused to refund me my money and was not willing to remake the meal. She had no desire to make it right. She actually told me she can give me a Togo plate suggested I use the microwave to make the noodles soft. Yall I wish I was making this up. Anyway I gave her the plate back and just told her to throw the food away. She shrugged her shoulders smiled and said she will make sure noodles soft next time. It told her it won’t be a next time and walked out. SMH

Okay food, but is ridiculously understaffed. Food comes out in a random order and some of it took over an hour.

Stopped by here for dinner before going to Christmas in the Park. There's a parking garage just around the corner that's free for the first 90 min! We ordered the banh mi pizza and ktown & soyum (their signature) wings. Both were so good, but the soyum is incredible. It has a sweet and savory flavor to it. I recommend getting the garlic aioli to dip it in. The banh mi pizza was also quite good, it'd just been nice if the base was crispier so there was more a crunch to it. I would definitely come back for the wings and to try the garlic noodles too! The inside has plenty of seating and there's an outside patio as well for when the weather is nice.

Came here with colleagues last night for dinner. Had boneless 8 pc cajun and bbq wings. The other girls each got something different. We all loved the food and portion size. Aesthetic is super nice! Can't speak on parking since we walked from campus. It's very clean and the service is nice and quick. Overall, I'd be back!

Literally the only place that would deliver something to my hotel that I actually wanted to eat so I didnt have a lot of hope. BUT OMG sooooooo good. I got spring rolls with shrimp and they were so fresh. Also got Pho and although it's pretty standard, it really hit the spot. Would definitely order from here again when I'm in town.

We were in downtown SJ for the winter wonderland and needed a place to eat. This was nearby so there we went. They had happy hour still so we ordered some items from that item. We ordered:- garlic noodles: It was ok. Noodles with garlic sauce and beef. I think I prefer garlic noodles from other places.- 8 pc wings (soyum and ktown sauces): Their wings are really good. It's crispy and juicy and the sauces were on the spot. Very competitive with other fried chicken wing places.- chicken tacos: Everything inside was good but the bun was a little too chewy for me. I'm not sure if it was old because it didn't taste old. It just wasn't soft and fluffy like other buns.- coconut shrimp: This was really good. You could taste the coconut and the shrimp was cooked perfectly. There was a nice dipping sauce that enhanced the flavor.- beef pho: It's a pretty big bowl of pho. It's not bad but not spectacular. It's fine though. I has all the usual beef cuts and bean sprouts, etc. The noodles were fine. The broth tasted fine.Overall, this place was pretty good. I would definitely go back for the wings and coconut shrimp.

Not crowded early on a Friday (5:30) and deliciously crispy chicken & waffles, steak bao buns good as well. Thai tea a bit too sweet but otherwise enjoyable meal.

The bulgogi fries are a must try delicious experience, and the bao buns were a warm comforting food. I typically wouldn't eat onions or tomato but the food was a good flavorful combination. It was quiet with few people so the service was fast. Loved the vibes and decor, several pretty spots to choose to sit in :)

This restaurant is in a really cool district of town near SJSU where old row houses were converted into restaurants. This is great for the option of sitting outside or sitting on a patio deck. I met up with a friend here so we could have lunch and catch up. We decided to split a few items. we got 12 different wings with three different flavors. We also got a vermicelli bowl with Bulgogi beef. There was plenty of seating inside and outside. The method of ordering was a little confusing at first, but it looks like they focused on cooking the food and getting the orders out quick. I really appreciate that. You ordered on a computer kiosk, and then the order was brought out to your table. It also gave the option to sign up for their text messaging program which I would assume is for discounts and other news. The wings were crisp to perfection, and very flavorful. The vermicelli bowl came with carrots, cucumbers, bean sprouts, and authentic Ramen noodles. It did not come with any broth, but it came with a cup Bulgogi Korean Steakof some soy sauce mixture. I think this is a hidden gem and the price wasn't too crazy. It also is noteworthy to know that they do have an happy hour with beers on tap and a few bottles of wine.Parking 2/5Customer Service 4/5Return value 5/5Quality 5/5

The food was very mid. Egg rolls had meat in them but weren’t specified as such in the menu. The service was non-existent as you order yourself, but when I walked in and didn’t know this, instead of telling me to order myself, I got straight up ignored. The atmosphere was cool but the tables were dirty.

Food was ok... the Bahn Mi was good, the fries not so much. It was dry, and it tasted like the fryer hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Luckily I was hungry though, so I was able to eat half of it. Luckily Thai iced tea was good as well. The boba was nice and warm, straight out of the pot. Happy hr starts at 3pm, fyi. So discounted items. Service was good. The cashier was friendly. Ambiance wasn't too bad either. A few tables, so it was small... but perfect for its size. It was inside a house.
