Very poor service Our waitress argued with me about the half carafe of wine being included with the meatball Monday special, and I printed it out to her on the menu Our waitress brought our pasta dishes while we were only halfway through our salads She never cleared our dirty salad plates nor our pasta plates and then showed up with our ice cream desserts with a very messy table

OFS is very dear to us. Through the years we have been coming here and we were so disappointed with the service we received. It was our valentine dinner with the whole family. Our server did not even ask if we wanted water and each time there was something we needed we had to ask again because it was forgotten.

Made a reservation but still had to wait almost an hour. Not sure what the point of a reservation was.

Was sat by the walk in fridge so every 2 minutes Simone was coming to knock the back of my boyfriends chair. Also didn't get our drinks that we ordered 15 mins before we ordered our entrees until we got our entrees and were half way through.

From the step in the door - excellent service. Kind, Expeditious. Great food and good vibe.

We have come here multiple times for family celebrations, etc. This time was not as good as it has been in the past. We ordered 4 senior meals which were plenty but the server did not bring butter knifes, sweetener for the person that got ice tea (after multiple requests), etc. The order was prepared exactly as we asked it be which was nice but she did not come check on things and one person ordered coffee at the end of the meal which he had to ask for several times, etc. Was not busy at all so I don't think that was the problem, may have just been an off night. All in all staff was pleasant, etc.

Food was great! Reasonable price that includes soup or salad with entree, fresh baked french bread and ice cream for dessert. Great value for the pasta dishes. Good classic Italian pasta dinner.

Overall, it was decent. What I was unhappy about was we had reservations for 6pm but not seated until 6:45om! What's the point of having reservations? A couple in front of me had no reservations and they were told the wait was 30min! I had reservations and my friends and I had to wait 45min!

Good experience. Had a new server so that comes with a few expected glitches so not penalizing review for this. Was supposed to be a throwback to 40 years ago prices-which these were not but still saved $5 a plate. Liking the point system for free stuff

They were slammed with business, our bread didn't come out before the meal nor did the salad or soup and we filled up on the broccoli which is the best part of the meal anyway. We sent back the chi Alfredo as it didn't taste right - had notes of soapy taste. We ended up taking most of it home. In fairness this has not been our prior experience. Just disappointed as it was a big night for us!

Fav place to eat! Good service & yummy food! Solid prices & the 3 course is bang for your bucks

Have been going here for years and this was our first bad service experience. We've had up to parties of 15, there was just 4 of us this time and the service wasn't even subpar! It was downright awful. Empty drinks, empty plates, forgotten items. All the tables around us were being served properly.

This was a family favorite for years, but as my kids grew up and went to college, I hadn't been back for several years and was disappointed in the experience last night. We had a reservation for 530 and it wasn't busy, but we still waited an extra 20 minutes before we were seated. Service was friendly but extremely slow.  I was disappointed by the food as well. I didn't have very high expectations given prior experience, but the food was off, and I barely ate anything. The pasta was extremely watery as if it had been sitting for a long time.  Sadly I don't think I will be returning. It was a lot more expensive than I remember as well and feel like the food and service wasn't good value when compared to the price.

Took over an hour to get our food, kitchen, prioritize, mobile orders over in restaurant orders. Food we ordered an hour before was not available when it was time to serve.
