The Old Spaghetti Factory

Had our Friendsgiving on a Saturday night and as expected it was very busy, but they accommodated us; we were a large group of 15. Food was great. Customer service was very friendly. The only thing was that we had to rearranga the tables so we can all sit together (they had to separate tables). But definitely recommend coming back here.

We came to celebrate our sons 10th birthday. After sitting at our table for almost 45 mins, we were birthday able to order drinks and food. When we first got seated a table next to us were also celebrating a birthday and the servers came out and and for them. Our server skipped over our subs birthday and just brought our bill. I even asked for the ice cream that came with the meal, to go because we were so disappointed that our sun wasn't celebrated,even though we lasted this info when I made the reservation.

Host apparantly did not check us in on Open Table resulting in OT sending me email asking me to confirm we did go! Had to wait 10 minutes to be seated at an off 2:30 pm time with a 2:30 reservation. Waiter was friendly but our bar drinks never arrived. My husband had to get them himself. Took long time after being seated to have a waiter come to our table. Took a longtime to get waters after requested. We had to find a child's menu ourselves near the host stand. Service needs improvement. I do not think we can return after all of this.

We have been going to the Old Spaghetti Factory for over 35 years and each visit has been great!

I've never met anyone who didn't love going to The Old Spaghetti Factory. With so many combinations of pasta dishes, there is something for everyone. Where else can you get their signature pasta dish -- spaghetti with mizithra cheese? If you haven't been there, go -- and you'll return and return. Just be sure to make a reservation because this restaurant gets filled up fast.

Classic pasta dishes/meals. Meals come with warm bread and butter, salad and ice cream...I recommend spumoni. Sitting in the cable car is a nice/different dining experience. My go to is their spaghetti with meat sauce and my son's is fettuccine Alfredo. Both pastas came out piping hot and you can add grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper which are always on the table. It was very busy on Saturday PM but we made a reservation through open table and we were seated timely. Family friendly place with good food and free parking in the garage across the street for 1.5 hours.

We had a reservation and were called timely. very noisy. server was great! she took care of all of our needs, checked in often. lemon drop martini was delicious (sometimes they are too sweet, this was spot on). food was as expected, hot and plentiful. price was excellent

This is our go to place for our girls group. We come here frequently before the theater, concerts, etc. The food and service is always good.

Food is predictable and good. Our server Who was covering for someone on break was great. Our server was so so. Parking was awful due to upscaling the parking lot so stairways closed. Had to walk la long way. Won't be going there till 2027 when everything is finished. MOST IMPORTANTLY THERE WAS NOT A RAMP AT THE SIDEWALK FOR A HANDICAP PERSON TO USE. All the other restaurants on San Pedro had a ramp leading to their restaurant except the Spaghetti Factory. Why?? Illegal!

The food at The Old Spaghetti Factory is delicious. I have been going there for over 50 years.

Delicious food, good service, reservation time met. Very crowded, as it was Saturday night. Room was very warm.

Food was good as always. Garlic shrimp fettuccine had a lot of shrimp and was flavorful. The Meat Lovers pasta was tasty and filling. The only downside was the lackadaisical service. Took forever to be greeted and place our order. Then the server disappeared for 20 minutes before our appetizer came and the disappeared for another 20-30 minutes before dinner came. Then another long disappearance before we could get the check.

It was my first time ever going and it was a great time. Good food, great ambiance. Perfect date night.

I came to OSF expecting to get the usual good service with good food. I was not disappointed.
