Nice place, liked the atmosphere, waitress was nice.
Good Italian food
I wanted to try pasta with my parents who were visiting me and it was their first time experiencing at this restaurant(I wanted it to be perfect for them). From the outside, it looked nice and we were optimistic to try it out. My dad uses a stick to walk and he is slow ( we didn't get a wheelchair because he preferred to walk that day), so we decided to dine out. Apparently it is a self check in where you have to go to the desk, ask them for a place and then the service begins. We didn't know and had to wait for 15min where I finally had to reach a waiter and ask if they can assist. I went ahead and did check in at the counter, requesting if we can be given a menu for dining out. After a few minutes they got us a menu and we were looking forward to having a good food. I'm not sure if the person who was taking my order heard it right or not but instead of a single 3 course meal, he got us 2 of them. As per their menu, in a 3 course meal, they serve - 1 main item(pasta), 1 side(soup or salad) and a desert. Instead he bought a salad which was a main dish, a soup and then served another salad with pasta (which became another course meal). The soup and small side salad was served before the main dish. Pasta service was very slow. It took about 25 minutes to get my pasta while we were already done by the sides. I thought that's fine but then the pasta came in a single red sauce (and the menu had no option for white sauce) and neither did the waiter offer any options. Next, my dad had ordered for a coffee which never turned up (neither was it charged which was fair). Additionally, the waiter didn't provide us with salt, pepper or parmesan cheese. I had to grab it from another unoccupied table which was again not part of a good service. We decided to just pay the bill and not order the dessert. The food was just meh. Not sure if I'll recommend this place to my friends because of the experience. The waiters didn't seem to have coordination either.
Outstanding food, reasonable prices, excellent service.
Food is decent. Its a family celebration place mostly, which means lots of kids and noise. Prices are a bit high for what you get, but if you download the app, there are coupons. Free pasta on your birthday if you go with someone who gets a pasta. :)
Staff is attentive and kind.

We went to the Old Spaghetti Factory on Halloween evening. Arrived about 10 minutes to 6:00. We were seated promptly and the host described the specials. Our server came by took our drink order and our entree order. This restaurant does have a three-course meal. You start off with bread and soup or salad. My friend had the minestrone soup which she said was good, I had a salad which was straight out of the salad bag that you can buy in a grocery store. I played it a little safe and order the chicken parm. Nothing amazing, very little seasoning. The spaghetti came with marinara sauce and I could see no onion or garlic or very little herbs in it. Basically tasted like it was out of a jar. It was fairly sweet. My friend had the Potpourri. That is a plate of spaghetti with four separate sauces. Again the marinara was nothing special, the meat sauce was better but still nothing special. She did like the clam sauce, but what she really wanted to try was something called Mizithra Cheese in brown butter. There was no brown butter, no sauce to this sauce at all. It was dry and looked like rice to me. She said it wasn't very good at all. Our server was real good, although it seemed like he was the only one in the restaurant. I saw him in various different sections serving people and taking their orders. The best part about the meal was the spumoni ice cream. I haven't been to this restaurant in years, but what I remember from those years this place is gone a little downhill.

I found out this restaurant has been here since 1972. I used to when I was in college. 30 years later the food is not as good as I remember. The chicken I ordered was rubbery. I think maybe stick to the meat sauce/sausage here! I ordered the chicken marsala and was not impressed...in fact they reimbursed me the meal. I don't know if the quality of the food has always been this way or if when I went before I wasn't cooking so I didn't really know better.... My huband loved his dish. Also, the salad pesto dressing wasn't super yummy either. Overall I was underwhelmed by the food but I DID love going down memory lane and the atmosphere was pretty wonderful.
