😑 不要叫炒蜆。They tried to convince us those are fully cooked and it's safe to cosume even they were not open. They gave us glove to hand open them. Yes, they were fully cooked but since they were not opened, the sauce can't get inside which means the meat don't have much taste at all. Food is great. Flavoring is spot on, the meat is tender. However, skip the small skewers, they're not worth it, just get the regular ones.
Surprisingly the only thing that wasn't great was lamb skewer, the meat didn't really taste that great.

I’m a huge fan of Chinese BBQ and this spot did not disappoint. We ordered a variety of their BBQ skewers and they have the perfect blend of spice; so savory and so good. My favorite was the beef tendon and beef skewer. I also loved their potato tornado! It’s basically a giant fried fry covered in spices. It reminds me of the first time I tried that in China. I would also recommend getting their bone marrow and spicy noodles! Their bone marrow is one of the best I’ve had!
