I think it comes down to taste preference and what you're used to. I got the grilled pork bahn mi, which I get everywhere. They make it different here. Their marinade is more sweet than what I'm used to and the texture was soft, like it was tenderized. The bread was great (but not better bread than other sandwich shops), and the veggie fillings pretty good. Little sweet. Little spicy.

Service was ok; they were relatively fast considering how busy they are. Kiosk ordering was too slow. The restaurant itself is clean and kind of semi modern. Places to sit to eat, as well as sit to wait. I notice they also have those green waffles which I think I'll try next time; wasn't that hungry this time.

Ordered sandwiches at 11:09 am. Sandwiches were ready by 12:10 pm. That's a 1 hr wait time for 3 sandwiches.

Ordered yesterday morning 10/26. Cashier was rude to my bf. We got home and found out they didn't give us what we ordered again!

Called to ask for refund or deliver what we ordered.... they refused and took my number telling me that they will endorse it to their manager. NEVER HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.

We order at least once a week if not more but that's it, we are not going back again!

Saw the price of $10 for an ice milk coffee. I walked out and went to a store next door. Just because this is in the bay, not everyone here is a tech engineer with half a million salary Jesus…

The addition of Trung Nguyên Legend is a glow up for the store. New seating and good viet coffee, but pricey. Sandwiches are good as always.
One star off as floors are always dirty here.
Keep the floor clean of food debris should be a priority here to maintain the vibe.

Upon entering the store, it appeared somewhat rundown, though I suspect they're in the midst of a remodeling endeavor. Ordering proved swift and hassle-free, and my banh mi was promptly served. A notable convenience is their acceptance of both cash and card, a rarity among many other banh mi establishments that only take cash.Opting for the 3. Combination Baguette, I was thoroughly impressed. The baguette boasted the perfect crunch, complementing the flavorful meat and fresh ingredients within. The addition of butter mayonnaise elevated the banh mi, resulting in an explosion of flavor. Without a doubt, this establishment offers an excellent banh mi option.

There was a really long line. We practically waited over an hour for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. Looks as though they were understaffed since it was during rush hour..there was no flow amongst the employees. Can't expect too much from that place.

First time at this location wasn't busy.The sandwich meat i wanted ran out. Not much variety with food. The drinks were ok not the best and the staff was not helpful at all with questions asked.
