Tiger Tea and Juice

The place had no AC when we went and the temp outside was 90°. There was also only one employee working and so we waited about 15-20 mins for our drinks. I ordered a Matcha Latte, 100% sweet and regular everything. The employee told me to shake well and I did. The drink ended up having a FISHY after taste and was so grainy. 4 of my friends even tried it and agreed that it tasted like someone had put fish sauce in it. I went to go ask them if they could remake it or make another drink because I couldn’t stand the fish taste and matcha SHOULDNT taste like fish. The girl said that they cannot do that since they will be the ones paying for it and that they got the matcha from Japan and thats how it’s supposed to taste like. That was fine but I was just disappointed in the drink as I have tried many matchas from japan and none of them had a fishy after taste. We started walking out and not even through the door the employee who made our drink said “all I did was put milk and matcha in whats the problem???”. Real professional huh? All I did was ask for a remake and was nice about it, yet the employee had attitude and was unwilling to do anything. I will not be coming here again and they should definitely retrain employees on professionalism and customer service.

Highly recommend Brown Rice Milk Tea with 75% sweetness, less ice and your choice of topping.
The store is clean, friendly staff, fast service and the drinks are always good!

Do not like their oolong milk tea. It has really strong/bitter/weird aftertaste :( so had to dump the whole drink

Haven't had this place in years but did today.
Overall it's solid, nothing special but more then serviceable.

Pricing is also pretty fair for today's standards. They do only drinks which is fine. I think I like this spot more then some other local ones.

Tried the black sugar boba organic milk. Boba looks good at first but taste is pretty mid. It's just sweetened boba diluted with milk.

The Teas are great but only issue is they removed the Straus organic milk and replaced it with sprouts whole non-organic milk but still charging 50 cents extra.

They are consistent with the way they make their drinks. The bobas have a strong and fragrant tea flavor with the perfect amount of sweetness and milk every time. I’ve been a loyal fan since their first shop opened in Burlingame. Only con is they should have a more extensive menu just like their location in Burlingame.

The oolong tea's aftertaste was too bitter, boba pearls are average

This is the best bobas for me, I tried different area this is the only one area that’s has a tea flavor on their milk tea highly recommended.

The boba here is really good! I had a Mango Bliss with extra Tapioca. I personally didn’t like the “white jelly ones” that came with the mango bliss, so if you’re not sure if you’d like them you could either order it without any or swap them for the “regular” Tapioca! But all in all I’d recommend getting boba/milk tea here!

avomango is solid too, price competitive with tong sui

Very creative drinks executed with perfection. I was really surprised at how delicious mango Bliss was with the avocado and mango. ??!!

Please have to come and try their milktea!! It taste sooooo good!!! It literally surprises me with its flavor and high quality! And it offers options to you to pick from 0 sugar to extra sugar as your choice, I’d say tiger tea n juice will be my all time favorite?❤️❤️
