Placed a mobile order, noticed four people who came in and ordered while I was waiting received their drinks. Asked if the cashier could check on my order since I waited past the ETA. Cashier immediately shrugged me off saying they’re busy and said they’d call my name once the order is ready, first time online ordering here so I don’t really know how it works. it wasn’t until I waited another 5 minutes that the cashier actually checked what my order was. I got the drinks 2 seconds later, I’m pretty sure they were just sitting there and I would have saved 10 minutes of my life if the cashier did their job.

There are such mixed reviews for this place, but I needed to try it for myself and I was pleasantly surprised.
They serve quality tea with punny names, but their Roasted Oolong (Roast is History) was some of the best I've had in the Bay. Their fruit teas are on the sweeter side so would recommend 50%, but the Melon Rouge is quite good.
The interior is really nice with black leather couches in three separate sections, perfect for larger groups.
You mostly order on kiosks and they do offer DoorDash

I've had Tisane a few times and the quality is pretty consistent and standard. I definitely prefer the fruit tea drinks here compared to the sweeter milk based drinks, but all are pretty good. During my last visit the seating area was quite chaotic and dirty, so we chose to take our drinks to go although we initially wanted to enjoy them inside. Overall, a solid and consistent boba spot!

Have been going here probably since late 2019 keep in mind. The service and attention to orders or just care in general has taken a steep decline. The past 2 times I’ve gotten drinks there, 2 different girls (one has worked here for at least a few years and knows me by name) have not even somehow gotten my order to the back so instead of a 5-10 minute wait both turned into 20-25 minute waits. While I like this place to an extent, there’s a few others places closer to me that are the same if not better than tisane. Between the decent drive and declining service, it’s definitely disappointing to say the least.

I was disappointed with the level of customer service during my visit. My drink was called out by its name instead of mine, causing confusion and a long wait before I realized it was ready. During this time, I observed staff members engaged with their phones, which impacted their productivity and attention to customers. Overall, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and the staff’s attitude was not as friendly or professional as I had hoped. I hope the business can address these issues to provide a better experience for future customers.

The setting inside is dark and ambient for the many many many many teenagers who come here to get a drink. some drink recommendations I hear a lot are Blush and Melon Rogue. Check it out! 😆
Should be three layers of matcha, cream and mango. Very disappointing.

My favorite Boba and all of San Jose it’s like a club on the inside, but the staff is really nice and they have the most delicious Boba drinks ever from less sweet like the white rose, which is still really really delicious all the way up to the gran brule and arknado!!!!!! If you’re feeling fancy. I just love them. They’re so great. They have so many good drinks they’re peach please is really good so is Jade and the strawberry one. My favorite auditions are the lye jelly, strawberry hearts, and mango stars

Always solid to find a tea spot. Tisane is a hot spot! Lots of people and they’re open till midnight ? I ordered The Green Panda but tasted the Logan tea goodness. They have milk options hot and cold beverages. And OMG ? I just tasted my drink! It’s ? so happy ? I found this spot! I’m in heaven- refund and tea- aww ? yesss ??
