Very poor service. They serve guests according to WHAT order was placed and not according to WHEN the order was placed. If you have a large order, then be ready to wait an hour before you get served if there are other guests after you who have similar and single orders.

The tea was good and the boba seeds were soft. I got jasmine milk tea and it was good. Their speciality drinks seem to be tea added to brown sugar drink and not vice versa. Ask the person at the counter for more information. They have other types of jellies and noodles instead of boba seeds. They have really cute packaging. They also have quick bites such as potato fries, chicken wings and so on.

Tocotea is definitely one of my favorite Bubble teas shop that I often visits. Just off of Lundy and Berryessa, this place is totally Cute, Pleasant, and it offers a very neat welcoming relaxing environment that is Charming and Simple. I like the cool arts and the Interior Displays.Their simple menu includes great Snacks, Milk teas, Refreshing Freezes, and great Fresh Fruit Teas that we really enjoy, especially on these hot Summer days. My favorite drinks so far are the Macha Milk Tea, Blueberry Freeze, and the Kiwi Yakult. I also like there Fried Chicken, Sweet Potatoes Fries, and their Fishball With Roe.Definitely a Great place to Lounge out, Hangout with your friends or Family!

I went in a group of 5 and it took 40 mins to make 5 drinks. It should not have taken that long to make drinks. It took them 2 mins to make it after telling them what my drink was for the second time. After receiving my drink it literally just tasted like milk. I waited 40 mins for milk. In addition they need to do a better job saying the order out loud bc we had things ready and they didn’t give it out until we went up to check for our order.

This is our go to boba spot since we live nearby. Drink prices are reasonable compared to alot of other boba shops and they have a decent variety of drinks. Highly recommended!

My Girlfriend introduced me to this TocoTea place and now I Absolutely enjoy coming here for their Bubble Teas and the Smoothies Freezes. I have yet to try their Fresh Fruit Teas. Snacks are pretty good. I enjoyed their Sweet Potato Fries, Fried Chicken, and my favorite was the Fishball Roe. My Macha Boba and the Blueberry Freeze was yummy and Creamy. Just the right amount of sweetness! This place definitely cute and Cozy. Great place 4 Hangout! Love the simple Drinks and Snacks Selections!

Read reviews about the Cream Cheese Chocolate and I was very curious to try it out. I went there on a saturday afternoon and the place was empty. I was served right away and the cream cheese chocolate completely blew me off! I added some boba to it too. It was the most refreshing chocolate based boba drink I had in a long time. Its my current favorite and definitely going to be a hot pick for me this summer. Will also try out some other flavors for the cream cheese machhiato. They had lot of other interesting options. The combo with cream cheese is definitely something new and interesting.

Tocotea is one of my favorite places to go for fruit teas - I feel like it's very underrated here! We always go for the peach strawberry green tea with coconut jelly, 50% sweet. They're allowing you to bring your own reusable cup now, which I love. Parking lot is shared and people park however they want sometimes but otherwise no issues :)

I got the black diamond okinawa milk tea with coffee jelly w/ 50% sweetness and less ice. It is on the sweet side and it just tasted like regular MT to me but it tasted good LOL. If I were to get this drink again I would probably lower the sweetness of this drink! Very cute cup tho hehe :DD

Best Rose Milk Tea I've ever had! I ordered my milk tea with 75% ice and 100% sweetness. The drink sat for about 15 minutes before I drank it so the ice melted a bit. Despite the drink melting a bit, the drink was still perfectly sweetened and perfectly rose flavored. The Rose flavor was strong but not overwhelming. The rose flavor was refreshing. Worst experience ever!!! I ordered a special house toco drink that come with boba, egg pudding, red bean, jelly and etc. I told the cashier I didn't want any BOBA in my drink but like to have the rest of the items in it. Everything was fine until I received my drink and saw there is boba in it. I was nicely ask the girl if she can remove it for me. Yes, they did but the girl who took my order told me that " if I want the red bean only, I can just order red bean drink only without boba" and I was shocked because the drink I ordered is call toco house special that come with boba, egg pudding, red bean, jelly, and etc. I just didn't want the boba part. On top of my surprise, the drink she hand me didn't come with anything but milk tea and red bean only. I even double check my drink to make sure it is not a mistake. Damn... I was so angry!!! I just didn't want to go back because the way she talk to me. I alway ordered it from DoorDash without problem, but since this time I came in person to order it, this is what I experienced coming to this store. I will not coming back anymore. There are a lot of boba places better than here.

Updated for 2022: I tried the oolong milk tea and really liked it! Rich flavor from the tea and non-dairy creamer, plus good sweet boba (if a bit clumpy). There's lots of couches to hang out inside, and the staff are very helpful! This is going to become one of my favorite places to visit when I'm around this corner SanJo.In 2020: Not much tea flavor despite prices between $5-$6
