I decided to get Togos today. With prices being so high I was debating between Togo’s or Subway. I decided on Togo’s because they add a lot more meat although it’s a lot more expensive. So I ordered my favorite Hot pastrami. Took it home, I haven’t had Togos in a while so I was quite looking forward to eating my sandwich. 13.47 for a small sandwich lol. I was disappointed. lol The amount of pastrami was like a subway sandwich 🤦🏻♀️.. The grease dripped off the sandwich and it wasn’t the sauce it was grease. She over heated the bread, it was almost rubbery lol I had to yank slightly hard to get a bite. And I am experiencing a stomach ache.
May no longer be my favorite sandwich 🫤

0 stars if I could! Check your sandwiches. There was a huge black metal piece in our sandwich! Went to the store to inform them and they basically called us liars and said they didn’t put that in our sandwich. They’re literally prepping the sandwiches how else would this end up in there. The manager lacks accountability and will not speak with us directly only through his assistant manager.
Also, the employees on the line are not practicing proper food safety handling. Coughing up a storm. No gloves. No handwashing just hand sanitizer. The food line also looks a mess no wonder that object was in my sandwich!

I only wanted a small sandwich ? and the gal there suggested one of their mini-type .. its like half of a half... I got a #16, and added some turkey, x pickles and xpeperoncini .. and it was delicious and just the right size!!! Loved it!! ??

Most disappointing Togo's sandwich I've ever had. My coworker ordered several sandwiches when I was right there when she placed the order on the phone. Mine was simple.. a large 26 with everything on it. And what I got was a sandwich with only meat and cheese. And by the time the sandwich was delivered there was no way I was going to leave and drive over there. Total bummer.
Customer service was extremely poor. You could feel the tension between the employees as I walked in and no one greeted me. I had no idea if i was even going to be served.
